Rob was very helpful in answering my questions about previous test results. I learned that data/results are only stored for a year due to data protection and that it is recommend to retest as sensitivities can change in 6-12 months. Rob communicated well and was efficient.

In an effort to determine why my cat (Miss Sparkey) was chewing the skin off her back legs, the vet decided that she may have food allergies. After being told that testing for allergies would cost several hundred dollars I decided that I'd see if there was a less expensive way to test for the "offending" allergies. I discovered your site and, hooray, you were offering a discount. We ordered the information and will be sending off the hair samples in the next day or two. Rob was my contact person today. He was VERY patient and answered my questions. I am looking forward to learned ng more about food sensitivities and how they impact of cats in general, Miss Sparkey in particular. My question for my vet is....WHY didn't she suggest you guys in the first place?? Imagine how many people are put off by being told that tests are really expensive? How many animals will be given the wrong food or remedies to help their itching and biting? I am really pleased by finding your helpful site. And, YES, I will be recommending your site especially to a friend of mine who keeps adopting strays and just doesn't have the funds to pay hundreds for a test. Please keep up the good work.
