Sensitivities are NOT the same as allergies. Make sure your testing is done in the USA. I sent a hair sample, and after a month, found out it goes to London. After six weeks I found out the sample made it to the lab, but the lab lost it. Scam. I’m out good money and have no results. Just make sure you know where your samples go.

Very helpful chat line, spoke with Casey, she was polite and answered all of my questions in regards to my recent results. Very happy with the tests and some interesting information was gathered about my health. Just one thing is the process took around 6 weeks from ordering to receiving results, thats ok but maybe this should be noted on the web page somewhere.

Knowing what I might be allergic

Make sure you check that you are ordering a physical kit if you don't want an online-registering kit. With the online kit, you can download the form and instructions, and it works fine. I made an error in my ordering and they fixed is quickly and without hesitation gave me a refund for my mistake. Based on my interactions with the chat online feature too, this is a good and trustworthy company. I haven't had my results yet because the come from UK (I am in Australia) but from my experience so far, I expect it to go well and without issue.
