Slow, but still a good service
My partner and I both did testing and although the process was incredibly slow, taking over a month or two for each of us to get results after we sent the tests back, we are excited to eliminate flagged allergens and intolerances to see if there's an improvement. I'd rate our experience four star, purely based on the slow pace of receiving results and that neither of us received an email saying our results were ready. We needed to follow these up ourselves with customer service people. On that note, the people we have spoken to have been polite, efficient and resolved out questions. In particular, Kai was very helpful.
