I want my money back. I never received the tests I ordered.
Half of my couples order was missing and there were no alcohol wipes or lancets in either kit (supposedly these items are being sent) but it seems there is a pretty big quality control issue here. It makes me highly question if my results will even be accurate.
Arrived quickly.had a slight problem.getting the blood out ( but I was once told I wouldn't make a good blood donor for that reason ).but I got a clear negative result so happy
I paid for express processing. That was three weeks ago. No email to say my sample was received. Search function on website not working. I got through to chat last week and they said to wait another week. It’s not working this week. Samples are tested in England. Chat suggested that delays happen with customs due to brexit but this wait is unacceptable **update 6/06/24 - still no contact from allergytestireland.ie. I know I have been scammed. I have proof of delivery of my sample as I registered the envelope. No chat function on website, no email to contact. Search function on website not working. Looking into how to take this further. If someone from this company reads this, I want a refund now! I will not take this lying down! **

I have not received my blood kit that I ordered and paid for over two weeks ago. Immediately I am doubting the quality and reputation of the company. June 7 and you have my proper information- I have still not received my kit. Is This company not reputable? Have I been scammed? No one will respond to my question anymore? It took over a month the get kit delivered to Canada.
We did not get the codes and have asked a few times with no response. Cannot do test until get codes. No one will get back to us
Had some missing items from my kit, reached out to Jesse in the chat and they were able to get me my items sent asap. Jesse needs two pats on the back for being so great!

I've used this company's services many times over the years. I like the hair test for it's ease of use for babies and kids, but the blood spot tests are also good. Thanks, Allergy Test, for great accessibility to manage our health without having to go to a middleman. :)

Very helpful chat line, spoke with Casey, she was polite and answered all of my questions in regards to my recent results. On another note, I have ordered twice with Allergy Australia and both times I had to follow up on the results. Had been told they were ready and emailed. But I checked email and junk box and I had never received. Not sure why that is… Overall, happy with the testing :)
