The customer service rep Kai was extremely helpful in confirming that my test sample had been received by the lab and gave me comfort in explaining when I should receive my results. I happily await the next email with my results.

The test took about 3 weeks to come in and they were missing all of the equipment required to draw blood. Seems like something was a bit rushed…

I was getting an activation issue and tried the online chat service. I got a response immediately and spoke with Jesse and he was able to assist and fix my activation issue within a few minutes.
