One of my tests had QR codes missing. I used the livechat and was kindly helped by Shawn. Shawn was incredibly helpful and patient. I truly appreciate his treatment during the whole process because I was truly panicking and very frustrated. Now, I am finishing my night feeling relieved!

What I didnt like was that there is NO item for pricking the finger and very little fluid in the bottle. I have not used the kit as yet because of those reasons.

It took 5 weeks from posting sample to results so I doubt the validity of same.

The online chat service from allergy test is amazing. I ordered the blood test for my son but didn’t get any response after I posted the blood sample for 3 weeks. I was so worried if it has been lost and there’s no way to let my son do that again. Shawn helped me out and send the results to me straight away.
