I am disappointed
I am disappointed. I am trying to get my overdue results, I cannot get though on the phone, the track my order does not work and no one is responding on the live chat. Please respond. Update: Results now received. Thank you for getting in touch and sending results promptly after my query.

Completely misleading website
Completely misleading website. Took 3 weeks and constant chasing, not 5-7 days The lab is in UK which they don't advertise on their website, except in FAQs. No mention on website on apparently known postage delays due to brexit which can take up to 20 days to clear.
