Black hole communication from Allergy test
I sent you via registered post weeks ago my hair specimen for analysis. I have received no communications from you regarding receipt or test results. Some weeks later I am updating my original review from 1* to 4* because I have just come across an earlier reply from Allergy Australia confirming receipt of my hair sample which had gone into my phone mail Junk/spam folder. Something I don't usually look at. As this may be an issue with other customers Allergy Australia might like to alert customers via wording on their website that their communications may end up in recipients junk mail.
