The location of the holiday. It was very relaxing, the staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly. The other guests on the holiday were also very friendly and helpful. The excursions were lovely places to visit. The food was also very good. The hotel itself was a very comfortable place to stay
Everything went like clockwork. Excellent driver Tony who kept us well informed about the trips and info on the area we were staying. Lovely welcome from the hotel staff and Nicola our waitress was really professional and caring and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was spotlessly clean.

The journey from feeder coach to main coach went very smoothly. Very friendly welcome. Hotel very clean .I am coeliac and had a choice of gluten free foods. I travelled on my own but everyone very friendly
Lovely and Clean, but older Hotel, so rooms on 3rd Floor really hot, even with windows open, and fan on. Noisy due to lift being right next to our room. Staff excellent, nothing too much trouble for them. Food excellent.

Great coach driver Steve. Lovely man. Hotel Eliot very good too. Restaurant staff Rose in particular very helpful. We were glad that an extra trip was put on to St Ives, as that was the best and most enjoyable outing. Customers should be made aware that access to Tintagel now costs £24. Last time I went it was free. Cut down time spent in Penzance and Lands End, nothing much to see.

We had a great trip to Orkney.It was a long journey, but a very comfortable coach, safe and friendly driver and beautiful scenery through Scotland up to GillsBay for the ferry. The hotels were clean and comfortable and the food good . The guided trips were thoroughly enjoyable, with time to shop and explore on our own . Orkney is windy so take layers and waterproofs . Highly recommended .

To start with, the coach driver was great, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable all the things necessary for a good holiday. The hotel although not in the best location was very nice, the food was excellent, a decent menu each day.. the bedroom was spacious although the only thing I would change was the mirror over the writing desk, there was a plug there for the hairdryer but the mirror was too thin to actually see your face and hair!! The bathroom also spacious. Everywhere was spotless.. the staff were friendly and helpful … The only issue was how cold the bar and dining room was, ever night we had to ask for the air conditioning to be switched off or turned to warmer. The trips were excellent, again our driver had great knowledge regarding the areas we visited. The change over was efficient….

Excellent holiday again.. Everything perfect. Great driver, thoughtful, considerate, and felt very safe in his hands. Pick up on time, excursions were very interesting , Great value for money. Retuning customers should have a loyalty bonus. Looking already for the next one hopefully next month
My holiday with Alfa Travel to visit Ireland was really enjoyable. We were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived at our pick-up point and it was very well-organised. We had some stunning views during our journeys and stopped off at suitable points along the way. The outings to Belfast, Dublin and the seaside were particularly enjoyable. The Hotel was of a high standard although the meal choice in the evenings was very repetitive and no entertainment was provided at this Hotel. However, our Driver did organise a Quiz Night for us one evening which was fun. I would certainly travel with Alfa again and would recommend it to others.
On the whole enjoyable, we were very lucky with the weather. Only problem, there was a step up when entering the bedroom, which made it difficult getting in and out. The windows were very difficult to open and close. Would have been drafty in a wind.
