The hotel is great with it being one of their own especially this one

Driver to and from Bowburn)Dunoon very good. Coach comfortable. Hotel excellent. Changeover outward Bowburn quite good at 45 minutes. Changeover Bowburn homeward a nightmare at 2 hours plus and driver gave no order if drop offs or any ETA.

Alpha holiday. Overall the holiday was very good. The accommodation was basic but clean and we had everything we needed. The food also was good but basic. Entertainment was good. Excursions were very good although for some it was difficult to get from the coach to the station on the steam train day. The coach driver was excellent. A very enjoyable holiday over all.

Our driver Chris was amazing warm friendly and incredibly funny making us all feel relaxed and in safe hands. The tour was well organised, timings at each location were perfect the stops were well chosen and interesting. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful food and choice was fantastic when considering the amount of people being catered for. Hotel was basic but clean and comfortable. We had a super holiday and would certainly recommend Alfa to anyone interested in a coach holiday.

My wife and myself have just enjoyed an excellent week's holiday in Bournemouth with Alfa Travel. Staying in the Royal Norfolk Hotel which has been the best hotel we have ever experienced in a coach holiday. Rooms were spacious, comfortable and well equipped, fridge was essential with the heat wave! Meals were always excellent with usually a choice of four alternatives for every course. But it was the service which was the stand out point at meal times. Normally served by James who was terrific. Always personable, quick and efficient, we will miss him. But all staff were lovely, friendly and attentive. Everyone a credit to you. Simon our coach driver was just the same, very experienced , a very smooth and punctual driver, lots of fun and always considerate to the fact that his passengers were not youngsters! There are two things I would change, which are quite minor. The first is that a better system needs to be set up at Rotherham hub so that passengers are able to view a display board to see when and where their coach is ready for boarding, rather than the driver walking around shouting out his number. And the other point is just a suggestion that Fridays should be a local day rather than an excursion. That way guests have more time to pack, otherwise it can get a bit frantic when you leave the coach, have dinner then have a limited time to pack for the morning departure. Everything was so well organised, our driver Matt was really great and kept us well informed and made us laugh. The hotel was lovely and staff were really efficient and helpful. A really nice touch was I was on a table with 5 other solo lady travellers and we had a really good time together. I will be going with Alpha again.

The Hotel , food , coach travel , excursions, drivers & staff were all excellent

THIS IS OUR 3D ALFA TRIP. WE ENJOYED THEM ALL. IMPRTANTLY FOR ME IS THE ACTUAL TRAVEL. WE GET TO SEE SOME GREAT PLASCES. THE HOTEL IN FORT WILLIAM WAS GOOD GOOD FOOD. THE ONLY PROBLEM FOR ME WAS THE WAY THE ENTRAINMENT SPACE WAS PLANNED. THE PERFORMER WAS OUT OF VIEW FOR MOST OF THE AUDIENCE. AS THE "STAGE" WAS TUCKED AWAY ROUND A CORNER. I AM SURE WITH SOME THOUGH IT COULD BE RESOLVED.FAILING THIS WE THREALLY ENJOYED OUR COACH TRIP WITH YOU.

Absolutely fabulous holiday to Dunoon our driver Roger was great joined in the banter and was a very good driver. Trips out were well thought out and the hotel was friendly clean and comfortable. Overall very good value here’s to the next one. Well done Alfa.

Enjoyable holiday

Lovely hotel. Brand new coach and great driver. All tours good

The company seem to have the journeys well planned. The organisation is good. The staff at the hotel were good. The hotel was a bit if a let down. The bathroom of 217 is a disgrace, The doors are filthy and have never been cleaned.

Overall it was a good experience, but there was a mix up on our Scilly isles trip and maintenance on your coaches could be better as ours broke down.

The hotel, The king Charles, was great. The staff, the cleanliness, the food the trips out (by a company called Crosskeys) all good. We did however have an issue with the Alfa transport. It was unfortunate that our driver at the transfer station had an eye infection and was deemed unsafe to drive. Instead of a replacement driver we were added to another coach going in the same direction. All of this was not a problem, the problem was zero communication with Alfa either direct to ourselves via text or to the hotel staff. We had to ask the hotel staff to ring Alfa to fi d out what was hoping on. Poor communication that tainted a good holiday.

The Day exersions where Brilliant and had plenty of time to explore in different places and no rush in any place we visited which made the holiday very enjoyable

Excellent team work,planning and organisation throughout the whole holiday.

This was our first Alfa holiday and it exceeded our expectations. The coach journey was with a lyes coach it was very comfortable and our driver Shane was excellent. The hotel the imperial in Ilfracombe was good. The staff were all brilliant so friendly and welcoming. Special mention for Georgia our waitress she was lovely. Looking forward to our next one.

The trip was great and we had a super driver in Dom we did not think the food was up to the usual standard.
