Travel, Steve our tour leader couldn’t be faulted. Issues with Aloft Hotel. On arrival all containers in shower were empty. Out all day Thursday to come back at 4.15 to find room not cleaned. Housekeeping sent someone up to clean while we disappeared for 45 minutes. When we got back they had only cleaned the bathroom and left everything else. Contacted reception and complained who said they’d send someone up again. By then it was time for dinner so we never had the opportunity of a cup of tea or rest before dinner. Spoke to Laura who was covering reception when we went down for dinner and told her the issue and she personally went to sort out our room while we had dinner, which she did and brought us two complimentary vouchers for a drink. They had ran out of red wine and tonic water!! Do they have a problem with stock management or running out of funds? I’ve never come across this in any hotel before.

hoilday great hotel ok food exellent staff exellent. coach driver not very friendly no small talk like hello, good morning good bye, he would turn his back to me many times. when we had chance to buy shortbread of him he did not include me and had to go and buy extra.

Queens Hotel - bedroom was clean and well maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly and I enjoyed the entertainment. As I was attending the tennis Tournament in Eastbourne I didn’t go on the trips. Have already booked for next year.

Made welcome from the driver to the manager and all staff. Nothing was to much trouble. Room was basic but clean. Bed was very comfy. Great shower. Entertainment good. Lounge comfortable. Great choice of food. Superb breakfast. My only fault was there was no tea or coffee facilities in the bar or lounge.

Excellent staff in dining room, very good with my wife!s allergies ie gluten free, plus verity of meals. Driver very good and helpful. Packed lunch to take home very good. The feeder coach pick up was excellent fro Black Cat Travel, good quality coach and driver.

The staff and driver all very friendly we felt very at ease . This was our first trip was a bit worried as husband uses a walker thought we might be a bit of a nuisance but Phil our driver never made us feel that way at all he was brilliant!! All staff very approachable didn’t have any problems but if we had I would have been comfortable to speak with any of them. Thank you all 😎

Great holiday. Hotel wonderful. Old building, probably listed so you can't alter it, but I think a note in the brochure regarding the short flight of stairs which have to be negotiated between the reception area to the lifts would be helpful. Attentive and informative driver, Russell. Some good trips out although Brighton was a little disappointing. Would like to have been dropped nearer to the Lanes area as my wife struggles with longer walking distances, so we didn't manage to get up there. The railway trip was lovely. At least we had a reserved coach on the train, as opposed to the debacle last year on our Settle-Carlisle trip where we were packed into a busy service train with only 2 coaches. Northern Rail's ignorance and not Alfa's fault.

The waiting for the feeder coaches is too long. Waiting at Tamworth services for 3 hours was way too long. We were the last feeder coach to leave due to the extremely slow coach driver loading the luggage (it was not an Alpha coach though). But on an extremely hot day all we wanted was to get home. It spoilt the whole experience to be hinest

Returned home yesterday from an 8 day tour of Shanklin I.O.W. First class tour from start to finish.Coach travel was excellent,day trips were all good, the Shanklin Hotel was superb, clean, tidy, great rooms comfy beds excellent meals and staff, entertainment good. Our driver Derek was a real gem, a first class driver polite, mannerly, really helpfull when on and off duty, couldn't have been better. On the whole a good holiday, can't wait for next year. Well done Alfa.

Hotel very well managed with polite, helpful and friendly staff. Evening entertainment was to the expected standard and the day trips well planned and executed. Food was to a good standard with a decent choice. The coach driver kept us informed and entertained. The off-site show at Babbacombe was excellent and contributed to a first rate holiday.

Our first ever coach holiday, was a really good experience, however not enough info on trips and hotel not that great but very clean.

Everyone was so nice nothing was to much trouble Food was excellent Hotel very clean.We will be booking another holiday with you.The only down side we would like more Severn day holidays with you .

Hotel very good, friendly staff and good choice of food. Coach driver also good, skilful and pleasant. Only negative was the seating on the coach, with some of the seats having insufficient legroom. It appeared that an extra row of seats had been inserted on the left side of the vehicle perhaps?

The holiday is very good value I went to Eastbourne in May and felt that overall the food was better there than in Weymouth The evening meals did not have as many choices for the main meal as usual The starters and desserts were fine. The hotel in Weymouth was a good location, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. Adrian, the driver, was excellent. Very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about the trip or excursions it was all very enjoyable and I shall be booking for next year. I have and will continue to recommend Alfa to friends.

Had a lovely holiday, lovely hotel & staff, great food, clean room, only thing the hotel needs to improve on is their WiFi!! Onward travel was great but going home was very slow as couldn’t go into Reading Services till 2.45 so had to kill 2 hours!! Would have been better to Stay in Porthcawl till 12 o’clock as this would have solved the extra time! Other than this had a very enjoyable holiday & looking forward to our next one in August😃

Our stay at the Seabank hotel was excellent, all staff polite and helpful,the refurbishment very good, food and service in the restaurant outstanding, location ideal for walking to town and promenade Mr & Mrs. R F Hayman
