The trip was brilliant the first time we had been with Alfa. But we will never go with any other company from now on, the one thing that leave a bad taste was on the last night on the way down to dinner someone else on the trip came over to us asking us if we know about the change to our return home, we said no, apparently our times had changed from 930 departure to an 815 departure breakfast was now at 7 am we and most of the other people knew nothing about this until that evening by chance someone just happened to check and noticed to the big change no warning nothing they just happened to be checking the details on the notice board, there were a few who knew nothing about it, luckily someone noticed they was not at breakfast and went to there room to let them know, wish is a good job, surely this should of been announced or notes pushed under our doors.

Excellent guides for the Ireland trips. Excellent driver. My only issue is when you get back to your feeder station it's very poor. We arrived back at 4pm and had to wait until 6pm before we could leave as one coach was very late. We had been on the road since 5am and didn't get home until 7.30pm a very long time. .

We had a lovely holiday. The arrangements were good . We enjoyed all the trips the bus driver was great. There's a few problems at the hotel that need sorting through.

The driver Dave was spot on really caring and help. Hotel was lovely, I am disabled and got a room with walk in shower. The Adair Arms hotel was absolutely lovely and the were great.

Lots of interesting places visited. Andrew, the coach driver, was very informative during the trips out. The hotel was clean and tidy. Meal service was very efficient, although we would have preferred a later meal than 6pm. Good value for money.

Great coach driver Chris who made the holiday with his witty banter and great driving. Lovely staff at hotel who were very helpful.Meals at hotel were good. The lift was out of order for a few days which made it very difficult for many guests who could not easily climb the stairs. The only downside was the feeder journey on way home from Rotherham, which was terrible. We were put on a minibus and it was very bumpy and boiling hot and felt horrible by the time we got home.

You always get a nice warm helpful welcome, the rooms are always nice and welcoming, the staff are first rate.

Good Afternoon fellow Alfa travellers. My wife and I arrived back last Sunday 29th June from our first Alfa holiday to Exmouth, it was wonderful. We need to give some shout outs to some really lovely people. Alfa staff over the phone have been great. The feeder coaches and main coach which was Cawthorne's and Tom our really wonderful driver who went above and beyond in his help and friendliness, I had reservations about not getting an Alfa coach but this coach would happily use again. Then for the Cavendish, food, staff and service, especially Storm who served us all our holiday were all great and a credit to the hotel. Exmouth probably exceeded our expectations and without doubt will book through Alfa to go back there. We went on the trips out and have so many photo's to share so thats to come. The people on our coach were truly lovely, smiles for each other and absoloutely friendly. Must give a shout out too to a singer one night there, Ian Boyd,made for a lovely night. This was our first coach holiday after me driving for 43 years then packing it in last year to enjoy coach and train travel. This experience was so relaxing and one to remember. Now looking forward to Tenby in September and more Alfa holidays next year. Safe journey's everyone and happy wishes for you all.

Food wasn't so nice , the hotel needs alot of cleaning throughout and the staff were having a hard time .

I had a very enjoyable holiday in the Lake District. The drivers Chris and Paul were very efficient ,friendly and informative. This firm is well organised . The price of this holiday was very reasonable. Well done Alfa travel. Brian Grey

Hotel clean, meals varied & staff friendly, & faultless. Coach travel efficient & the exchange was completed orderly & any signage fine. Three seaside resorts excursions very welcome plus clean & tidy Bridlington was flat for walking plus "Land trains" for fun travel South & North Beach promenades. Location was excellent for all.

Everything went of well, the feeder coach was on time, the changes at Burtonwood was easy. The trip up to Dunoon was comfy. The hotel we have been to before and although a little dated in bedrooms it was lovely and clean and tidy, we paid extra for the sea view, amazing. The staff were very helpful and the entertainment was very good, especially the singer called John. The food was good also and the choices were very good, we had a very nice waiter called Alex, who was friendly and helpful. The trips to Bute and Cumbrae went of well, plenty of time in each place for looking around. Thank you for a lovely holiday and we look forward to travelling with you again in December as we are of to Fort William.

The driver made the trip so much better. Friendly and helpful and taking us to so many different places. The hotel was spot on. Good food, good service, entertainment.clean rooms.

A good holiday with good excursions The hotel was excellent the best we have stayed in so far. The coach and driver from Grayways was very good and Thomas was polite and knowledgeable . Thank you

The package deal was good value for money hotel and food was above normal standard well done to all.

Great food, very polite and helpful staff, good position on the esplanade, always quick reliable hot water in room, bar prices reasonable, free parking, etc. etc.

It was my first holiday alone. I made friends because Alfa sat all the single people together. I enjoyed the excursions, the hotel was very good, the food choices were good. The coach driver was really helpful so a really good experience for my first holiday alone.
