Our driver Dave was excellent in both his driving skills and his knowledge of the areas we were driving through, his commentary was quite interesting and funny

The feeder coach driver to South mind was very helpful, as was the tour driver not too much trouble. The hotel was very good the staff very helpful, the food was very good and we liked the improved choice for breakfast.

Generally a well run and enjoyable holiday to Skegness. The coach travel went as scheduled and the interchange did not present any problems. However, not given 5 star as hotel was not up to the standard of your company owned Leisureplex hotels. The hotel was not well maintained and did not have sufficient staff. The check in took ages and then the room was not ready for an hour after check in. The bedroom fixtures and fittings was of poor quality and again due to lack of staff, table service dinners took ages!! However, the quality of food was fine when service was eventually received. I know The Royal is not in your ownership but I really don't think it helps your reputation by sending guests to this property. I think the TV's Hotel Inspector would have some interesting comments if she spent a night there!!

The hotel was very good. The staff were friendly and professional in everything they did , the driver was also very very good all in all a great experience

Comfortable journey, wonderful hotel, fantastic excursions. Terrific food and great weather.

Unfortunately the feeder coach on the way there was very late arriving. No explanation or apology given by the driver. But apart from that I couldn’t really fault anything about the holiday although the very long time to do the return journey was tiresome. Hotel was excellent, food great, very clean with very pleasant and helpful staff. Drinks prices in the hotel slightly cheaper than expected. Good driver and comfortable coach. The overall cost of the holiday was excellent and probably hard to beat.

Be very aware this company is run by a bunch of shisters and are only interested n taking your money. My. Aunt booked and paid for a trip but unfortunately passed away before travelling . The company refused to refund her deposit to my account Cole and thier customer care line we very arrogant and condescending. Avoid at all costs

We have just returned from a brilliant 6 night stay at the New Beach Hotel in Great Yarmouth. The hotel is situated right on the sea front and on the flat, which is ideal for those with mobility issues. We had booked a sea view room and must say that we were a little disappointed with its size. Although we got a sea view room, we felt it was quite small for the extra money and more like a single room as the double bed took up most of the room. However, saying that, it certainly didn’t spoil our holiday, which was made all the better by the glorious weather. The food was excellent, always a good choice and we loved the new breakfast menu… being able to pick 5 items to make up your cooked breakfast, sausage butties, bacon butties and crumpets are a brilliant addition. The dining room staff were excellent, We had many laughs with our waitress Olivia and Craig the chief, who went out of his way to accommodate one on our table ( number 8!) As for our driver Kevin, he was excellent. Very informative about the places we visited. We had heard several negative reports about Great Yarmouth but I must say that we were very pleasantly surprised with how clean it was and the facilities . We did a trip on the train and the open top bus which is free if you have a bus pass. Highly recommend both! Thank you Alpha, we can’t wait to start planning next years trip.

This was our first ever all inclusive coach holiday..which overall turned out to be more than we expected. The staff at the Bayshore hotel in Sandown IOW, made our holiday a most enjoyable experience. Although Sandown seemed quite run down in parts, it really is a beautiful part of the island..with massive potential to be so much more. The hotel meals were tasty, hearty and great value for money in our opinion. This, combined with the excursions (& leisure days included), plus entertainment, made for a well-balanced, relaxing and altogether great holiday. Fab weather too! Thank you to 'Captain Sir Simon' (our Coach Driver) who was informative, funny & very professional even in the extreme heat.. 🙏 Big thank you also to all you lovely staff in the restaurant who went above & beyond - especially Anneka..you were amazing. The IOW is definitely worth a visit for those who haven't been. We will be back!

Susie the coach driver was excellent in her sense of humor and willingness to help if needed.

Hotel Metropole was clean with very pleasant and helpful staff.Torquay is a little run dow but has a nice front. Babbacombe model village is well worth a visit but Exmouth is definitely not worth the halfday trip.The 5 day trip was good on the whole.

Dining experience was top notch. Decor was amazing, high ceilings, fireplaces and chandeliers abounding. Meals were excellent both in selection and quality. And our hotel room was spotless. Our seating arrangement was great in that we met new friends - Wilfred and John, and Gerry and Carina.

Friendly helpful driver in Reece under a bit of challenging circumstances. (The replacement coach was not really up to the outward journey especially when it came to hills) however he did manage to source a new coach for the return journey,having said this it did not detract from holiday at all.

Great weekend

Hotel was comfortable with good food and service. Trips out good tour guide in Cardiff excellent. My main complaint is the use of coaches not from Alfa. Supposed to be fantastic friendly drivers but this was not the case as we had an another operator. Coach driver unfriendly and no local knowledge. Feeder coach home was an old coach with no air conditioning. Transport let down holiday. Would only book another holiday if guaranteed an Alfa coach.

The driver Shaun was great so kind and considerate. The hotel was 1st class the food was great. The hotel staff all of them were kind and so helpful.

The staff at Hotel de Paris are simply the best, the hotel and food excellent, would recommend to everyone to try one of your holidays there. Going again in November.
