The driver was very pleasant and knowledgeable. the excellent driver at some of the unseen problems like the road been closed Hotel clean and tidy and staff were very good The places we visited were great too,a well organised experience and would happily use you again

Left hotel at 9am courtesy of. Alfa didn't get home until 8pm which proved to be too much for us. First drop off on late feeder bus used as excuse was too late so provided taxis for some but left us for a further 2hrs struggling to cope

Absolutely brilliant break to the Isle of Man. Very Smooth, the hotel was a bit dated, but warm and comfortable. I think we drew the short straw with room size as it wasn’t really big enough for two people, we had to put one suitcase on the dressing table and one on the only chair. But we could see the sea. The food choices were good, plenty of choice. The hotel is quite a long way from the town though, but the bus stopped outside. And we went up to Irish bar and the quids in . The hotel ran out of beer then ran out of cider, but there’s the queens pub really near. The driver was knowledgeable and friendly. First time with Alfa, but not the last, already booked for Eastbourne next Summer, and the Abbas Voyage trip.

Just returned from a Alfa holiday in which our driver Dominic or should I say Daisy the lad is a star he did a charity night in Bournemouth on Tuesday and was brilliant not only a very good driver a truly lovely man and a credit to Alfa travel.

We had a fantastic time away with Alfa coach can’t say a bad world about our driver Josh we done all of the days out it was fabulous we got greeted at our hotel by the manager but when it was time to head home the manager never came and say he’s good bye and he’s speach

Hotel, room and food were lovely except that we had to tolerate the resin styrene fumes from the roofing contractors working daily right outside our room to fibreglass the flat roof. ( Even on Sunday) I know all about this as I used to work in the fibreglass industry myself and breathing these fumes is not a good idea, and sleeping with them is most unpleasant. We were told to expect scaffolding but did not expect this issue.

I enjoyed the first coach holiday sense Covid our driver was John who was very good and very helpful

Everything was great. Thanks a lot. It was so nice to be waited on. The day trips were very interesting,especially Whitby. The driver was very caring and helpful and knew a lot about the area. The room was just what we ordered. The twin beds were very comfortable. Thanks again for a lovely holiday. We will definitely be back for another Alfa holiday. Xxxx ❤

This company states in Bold letters No Single Supplements but whenever you ring up. No matter how early you ring before holiday commences there are none left.?? I find this quite strange??? Should not state this in writing if supplements always apply

Over 20 years and counting. 25 trips and no major issues at all. Burtonwood Services are too small for the 500-1000 passengers, with only WHSmith & Starbucks open of a morning and KFC for the evening return. Double benches would also be better. Being Family Run and part Staff Owner does help to provide more passion from workers to provide a 5 star service and do their best to resolve issues.

Company on coach good days out only negative driver never cleaned windows and had two days off not very helpful

Every step runs smoothly from pick up through to the holiday destination and back. The hotel at Tenby was comfortable, clean and the staff friendly and extremely helpful. Food really good. The excursions were enjoyable. Everything explained to us about timings etc by the driver. Our driver Dave was kind, knowledgeable and informative about the area. Only one criticism. Burtonwood does not have enough room inside. Lots of people with mobility issues having to stand around waiting for their coaches. Ok on a fine day with seating outside but impractical from Aurumn.

First Time To Isle Of Man And With Alfa, Had a Great Time, Driver Derek Was Great Made Us Laugh And Looked After Us All, Hydro Hotel Was Very Good, Room Nice And Warm, Comfy Beds And Pillows. Food Very Good Lots Of Choices And Tasty, Staff Were Nice, Bar Prices Very Good, Enjoyed Our Trips The Isle Of Man Is Beautiful, Had Good Weather Just Rain One morning, Take Travel Sickness Tablets For The Ferry, Made Sure I Did On the way Back, Lol. Good Value Holiday, Will Go Again With Alfa Loved It, xx Thankyou, Also Feeder Drivers Were Nice To,

Hotel looked after us very well food good and varied menu coach and driver Jim was very full of information and did his best to keep you up to date with always a smile the only setback was the delay at Reading interchange but staff tried to cover this as best they could

Great pick up point, very smooth transfer from the feeder coach to our resort coach, no hiccups, nice hotel ( room was somewhat dated) lovely helpful hotel staff, great outings to Cardiff, Brecon beacons, Swansea, Mumbles,

Super hotel with sea views.staff really lovely couldn't do enough for us.Food excellent,and served efficiently. Entertainment each nightLovely trips though would have preferred more scenic than towns.

The transfer from our town centre to motorway services was on time. Our luggage was put onto the bus and the next time we saw it was outside our door at the hotel, which is a great. The journey down to our resort went smooth. The hotel The Elliot although a bit dated was very clean and well looked after, the food was excellent. The staff also were very welcoming, and couldn't do enough for you. The evening entertainment was ok a bit samey. Overall the holiday was very good, and I would recommend it.
