Reliable service, decent website and poor app

I had no problems with the service but trying to change tariff was a hassle. You got billed when you changed the tariff, even if it didn't start for 3 weeks. The App showed correct usage but the tafiff details were never corrected after I made the first change.

Good Service and Great Value

Over 20 years and counting. 25 trips and no major issues at all. Burtonwood Services are too small for the 500-1000 passengers, with only WHSmith & Starbucks open of a morning and KFC for the evening return. Double benches would also be better. Being Family Run and part Staff Owner does help to provide more passion from workers to provide a 5 star service and do their best to resolve issues.
