Good food nice trips

Staff at the Imperial were always smiling and willing to help when necessary. Our room was great and overlooked the sea so we were able to sit on the settee and just relax. The food at meal times was varied and a good choice for all meals overall a great break and all 7 of us enjoyed our experience

Overall great holiday...couldnt fault hotel, staff and food Only disappointment was coach driver from Reading onwards. He was an excellent driver but lacked any local knowledge, or any details of our excursions. He was under the impression that his job was just to drive us from A to B which he did very well

Good value; Hotel staff were very friendly & polite & good; room was lovely, lots of room & storage; lovely bathroom; good food; great excursions; lovely weather( pure luck of course); everything about the hotels was friendly yet efficient.

The driver Chris and Colin the rep was brilliant the food and accommodation was amazing

A reasonable hotel with good food and fair priced drinks, good trips out, a nice driver who kept us safe and whilst not of Apha's making the weather was kind to us as well. I would recommend this holiday to others.

The holiday was fab, the hotel staff couldnt do enough. Not happy with the driver hes an angry driver using his horn way too often, drives too close, should've kept a distance of 2 Chevrons. Talked with a cigarette sticking out of his mouth. Threw his cigarette stub on the floor at burtonwood and also threw them down the grid. Took us to 3 places in 1 day which is fine but doesn't allow enough time to do what we wanted and have enough time to relax and enjoy the views etc. Going to 3 places in 1 day resulted in not being able to eat till 2 which is too late given that dinner is at 6. Only ever told us the way to city centre or churches, didn't give any indications of what else to visit. By the time we found alternatives to do our time would be rushed. Would suggest alfa provide a simple map of the areas we visit as would also help people in not getting lost. We've had this driver twice now and both times not been happy with his driving. But our driver for the feeder home was Callum, who we have had before. There were passengers who had been on holiday with Callum and their experience was completely different from ours. Callum is such a natural people person to the point we are hoping he is our driver for the next holiday. He had amazing banter/interaction with his holiday people. Our driver was the only negative for us.

The staff were excellent the trips were great driver mark went out of his way very professional , lovely cosy room with balcony very clean good choice of food staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great time Entertainment was hit and miss a couple of artists didn’t turn up needs a bit more going on inbetween evening meal and start of entertainment other than that the holiday was great a big thank you to everyone at the hotel Overlooking loch Linnie Enjoyed the experience

We were a party of 6 and from the time we arrived at the Hydro Hotel, Llandudno until we left we knew we were on holiday. The receptionist was welcoming, our rooms were clean and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was very good. The Staff were helpful and special mention must be made of Maria and Nicholas in the restaurant who looked after us wth humour and consideration

Have been to this hotel ..The Hydro in Llandudno..numerous times ..the staff are very attentive and make each person feel important ..not perfect but nothing in life is ..great stay ..well done

The Hydro at Llandudno is a lovely hotel. Our bedroom was a lovely surprise as we had a sea view which was at no extra cost! The bedroom & all public areas, including the dining room were kept warm at all times. The staff were welcoming, friendly & helpful. The changing menus & varied options were very enjoyable. We'll definitely be booking there again.

We used to be loyal Sh******S travellers but our recent ALFA holiday was in a different class! We can't wait for the next adventure, Offer us a deal and we'll be there!! Hotel was Great. Our driver Peter was good value... Driving skills, local knowledge and always gave us time of day if we had a question.

ALL the staff were fantastic- helpful, approachable and professional. The entertainment was second to none. The food was simply delicious and the cleanliness of the hotel was superb. A wonderful time away and the weather for October was to die for. It rained as we left - tears of sadness??

Excellent care, good clean coaches, good value trips, flexible. Hôtels are a bit dated but quint. Enjoyed all trips in UK

Excellent value for money, hotel staff exceptionally good, food also. Hotel very clean both public areas and my room. Coach travel good I will book with Alfa again and recommend them.
