Great holiday, good value for money, lovely hotel and days out . Kieran our driver was very knowledgeable about the area and places we visited . The staff at the Selborne hotel were friendly and obliging especially our waiter mychelo,
The driver Adam was really knowledgeable about all the trips we did and even gave suggestions for our days off. The hotel was lovely,food excellent , drinks good, and it was very easy to get to the sea front. A fabulous holiday overall.
Everything from pickup to ilfracombe. Went smoothly right through holiday. Except coach slightly out dated from our usual alfa coaches

Hotel and food was good and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Good driver and very knowledgeable about the area. The only problem is the delays at the interchange. When we got back we had to wait for over an hour because of a coach coming from Scotland. This is the only thing we have a problem with, everything else was great.
Have been to the Queens Hotel several times. Same excellent service. Food very good and hot which is always a bonus. Excursions good with a fair amount of time at each one. Special mention to driver Andy who is very efficient and knowledgeable.

The holiday and the excursions were very good.Staff at hotel very helpful. The only let down was when we got back to Woodhall services at around 3pm expecting to leave at 3.45 there was a mix up with the coach we did not get away until about 6ish.
The resort was lovely. Our coach driver was brilliant. It was a good holiday despite the pouring rain on our leisure day. Llandudno is a lovely place which made it all the better. Thanks ALFA for a great holiday.

Excellent organisation for the whole holiday, from the pickup to the friendly and professional driver, hotel staff, the meals and OK, maybe not the weather. There were a couple of minor incidents where we were left with too little or too much time for something, but nothing serious.
Easy to book by telephone. All requirements met at the hotel. Have booked for December.
Had a brilliant holiday at the bayshore hotel meals were hot and really tasty there was, entertainment just a really nice holiday everyone at the hotel was, very friendly and helpful 100% better then the hearings holiday where the accommodation was poor no entertainment and really poor food quality
This was our first Alfa holiday and first time to Isle of Man. The pick up and transfer was a bit time consuming but understandable as people travel from all over the northwest. Once we were on our way all was good with a great driver ( Andrew) . Sailing was good and hotel decent too . Excellent first night meal and further meals were very good and tasty too. First day was a challenge with high wind and rain , but hey this is England in Autumn. Loved the tours and Calf of Man was fabulous especially the seals . Wind was a problem on the return and our sailing was delayed 12 hours . Taxi organisation at Heysham was excellent although we didn’t get home until 230am . Enjoyed the holiday and we have already booked another for next year .
We always love an Alfa holiday. Everywhere we have been has been friendly, clean, lovely meals and a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. We do self drive and coach holidays with Alfa. Both are brilliant.
