our driver Nigel was brilliant always on time and helpfull. The hotel staff were very nice.
A lovely room (amazing bathroom), friendly staff who made the effort to dress up for Halloween. Good choice of food nicely presented. Only downside was the long delay at Tamworth on the return journey, and the atmosphere on the coach due to how our driver, Peter, spoke to a lady passenger on using the on-board toilet. Will definitely be travelling with Alpha again next year
Everything ran smoothly, trips were good and interesting. Hotel was nice, staff were good.
Hotel food entertainment all really good. Thought the trips drop you off for to long .
The journey, coach driver and hotel were great. Only downside was the changeover at Tamworth (1.1/2 hours)

First of all the most important thing is to provide a means by which older people can get together and have an enjoyable and memorable experience. This Alpha tour and also previous ones have definitely come up with the goods in all these repects. Good transport arrangements, good hotels with good meals and entertainment, good trips out. We'll done.
A marvellous knowledgeable driver, Russell, and a comfortable coach. The hotel rooms were airy with sea views. The staff especially Martin were very friendly and efficient. We shall be rebooking next year.

Been on a LOT of coach holidays with various companies,this was our first time with Alfa.Must say we had a great time.....good driver,better than usual hotel with good food,decently-priced drinks,nightly entertainment,and excellent service,be it in the bar,restaurant or Reception. Very good excursions,so all in all a most enjoyable experience;we'll definitely be using Alfa again.👍👍👍👍
We were looking for a short break and decided on coach trip with Alfa. We had the best time and everything was perfect. We are already booked planning to travel with Alfa again for new years…
Travel was straightforward. Easy changeover. Hotel was nice but in need of decorating.Wallpaper peeling off and damp patches on ceiling. Severe condensation on windows. Entertainment was a bit hit and miss. On the Wednesday the singer was absolutely awful. Could not sing or play the guitar. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Food portions were very small. More thought needs to be put into the excursions. Being taken to a town just to look round shops is not my idea of a trip out.
Luggage handling is well planned, included excursions are good, all staff and drivers that I have met have gone the extra mile. Hotels/food good value.

Returned last night from a 5 day break to Eastbourne & Brighton. Our driver, Jim, was extremely personable and knew the area well. Hotel (we booked sea view which was well worth it), the staff were great and the food both breakfast and evenings was very good with plenty of choice. One of the best package coach holidays I have ever been on, absolutely no complaints at all, Jim made sure we all had a good time and were well looked after.
Travel very well organised and coach comfortable. Hotel excellent. All staff very helpful and considerate. Food choice and quality very good. Entertainment good but a little more variety would have been a good idea. Maybe another comedian or a magician. Thoroughly enjoyed the 5 days.
Just come back from Eastbourne and what a fantastic holiday I did have..the journey down was long due to heavy traffic but our driver Russell made it as he was so funny 😁...the hotel is very grand from the outside and even better when you walk in ..and the staff can't do enough for you which was definitely nice to see ...the trips out was good enjoyed hasting and I have to say the driver was so informative of the area it was very interesting to listen to ...this is my second time at the queen's Hotel and I myself am a solo passenger have had a wonderful week so thankyou alfa and not forgetting the driver on his experience of knowing the area well done Russell....so to end this I will be going back and yes I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel 5 ⭐️
We hade a great holiday at exmouth the food was great and entertainment was good the staff were very helpful the one gripe I've got is the driver was not very informative also when coach stops the driver should go the bottom of the steps to assist elderly passengers off not just sit in the drivers seat otherwise it was a great holiday thanks Ivan Barnbrook
Had a lovely holiday in Bournemouth, but it was spoilt when the homeward feeder coach driver, who had evidently had an horrendous journey up from Ilfracombe, and wasn't in the best of moods, put one of our cases out at St Albans by mistake, we've just been informed by a very helpful lady named Abby in traffic, that it is in London at Thames railway lost property, and she is in the process of getting our case back to us thank you very much Abby.
