Arrived at Croit Anna hotel room ok bed linen nice Towels nice bathroom dirty bath at FOOD was awful most of it was just warm veg & potatoes all frozen breakfast once again just warm best thing for breakfast was cerial & toast & marmalade on our last night we were thrilled because the soup was hot.We had Xmas dinner whilst we were there turkey 5 sprouts 2 roast potatoes 1 sliver of carrot that was it frozen veg is not nice I do have something nice to say the bedroom was nice & warm & staff are very nice driver didn’t tell us much about were we were going & most of the toilet wasn’t open the excuse he gave was the roads were winding roads & we could have an accident also when it was open no toilet paper we are 6 ladies who like coach holidays but we were so disappointed.

Ease of booking. All hotel staff were welcoming, helpful and caring. Even though we have dietary requirements they were fully catered for without fuss. Food quality was good and nicely served. The room was of a good size the shower was excellent and the bathroom was clean and warm. Entertainment. We enjoyed the singers especially "Nik" on the last night and also having the opportunity to dance.

Great from start to finish drivers are a credit for good hoilday feeder coach driver was excellent on the way I hope the people who got off at wetherby didn't complain he doesn't deserve a bad review Hotel was lovely had few bad meals And the thursford show was out of this world Shame storm Bert had to arrive on our free day we made the most of it Will travel again with you on our twixmas break to Llandudno

There appeared to be a lack of staff, one person was serving on the bar in the ballroom, running the bingo and putting the music on. Our waiter was very helpful and friendly. There did appear to be a lack of security in the hotel entrance / reception area during the late evening, we were told by another guest that several teenagers entered reception and went up to the third floor and were wandering along the corridor near the bedrooms, when questioned, they said that they were looking for their 'Nan'.

About the only disappointing thing during the weekend was the location of our seats for the Thursford Spectacular show. You could not have got much further away from the stage and as the row was not much higher than the row in front, the view was obscured by the persons in front of you.

All of the staff were friendly, efficient and hard-working. Particular thanks to our waitress, Sorina. Nothing was too much trouble and she took good care of us both.

The Holiday started with a friendly feeder driver who was on time. Our main driver Lee was very competent and professional but also very friendly and helpful to those who needed some assistance on and off the bus. The staff at the Hotel were excellent, the choice of food was very good and plentiful. The Hotel rooms were clean and well appointed. Only disappointments were the Xmas market in York did not reflect Xmas, it was their normal market with a very few extra stalls, and of course the very wet and windy weather. Neither of these two points were within the control of Alfa.

after several coach holidays with alfa i was very dissapointed, wi5th, the waverly castle hotel,all rooms cold HAd to wear coat,all the time, short staffed, and as for trevor the driver,where did you get him from,he was grumpy no empathy for seniors, i was not happy

we had a great stay at bayshore hotej in sandown it was a birthday surprise for wife had a wonderful festive christmas had a very good journey from reading to sandown our driver steve was a great driver very funny on our trips out hotel was great helpful staff had a wonderful christmas day dinner very good food roxana very nice waitress made us laugh all week we had a wonderful experience

The staff and attention to details, shout out to Denis who served our meals.well organised apart from the chaos at Burtonwood waiting for other coaches to come back, so we can go home

The holiday from start to finish was fantastic The Monarch Hotel was great. All the staff were professional, polite, helpful and also the accommodation, entertainment and food were top knotch and our driver was great very polite, professional and knowledgeable ho and don't forget his funny side. Overall the holiday was fantastic.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👍😃

Transfers were good & couldn’t fault the hotel for service or food. Our coach drivers were helpful & kept us updated for each trip. Will definitely use Alfa again

My room when I arrived had no heating ,asked for heater one didn’t arrive.So asked for room move ,glad I did as others did have to have heaters .Dining room radiator wasn’t on so it was cold ,asked waiters,was sent to reception asked again.On the third night i asked to speak to manager apparently he was not available. Food was satisfactory but my pre order for Christmas lunch was messed up,but it was very tasty when i finally received it . Excursion to Osborne house was very good.

Our tinsel and turkey holiday to the Eliot Hotel in Newquay was superb from start to finish. We were collected locally and taken to the "interchange" where everything was handled very quickly and efficiently. Our holiday driver was ace, and we had a christmas singsong to get us in the festive mood. The hotel is first class, as are all the staff, maybe the entertainment could be a little better, but it certainly didn't spoil anything. All in all a jolly good time was had by all.

Good holiday. Receptionist could have been a bit more helpful. I asked her to post a letter. She directed me to a phone box down the road. Easy for her. Not so easy for me. Walking difficult.

Have just returned from IOW staying at Shanklin Hotel. The hotel was nice big room and a lovely walk in shower which we had requested. Was slightly disappointed with our visit to Osborne House as we had expected more of a festive feel. We had a young lady take us around explaining the history. The only decorations really were Christmas trees scattered around the house. The weather was not good but our driver Leigh took us around the island pointing out various landmarks and was very good and informative without being over the top.

Hotel was well run . Food was above average. Hotel and bedrooms were warm and cosy.

Had a lovely time. We paid extra for a sea view room which we always do, it's well worth it Ideally situated hotel on sea front and close to all amenities The only failing for us was that the food wasn't hot enough and we sent it back several times to be heated up. We will use Alpha Travel again

The holiday for me starts with a good ,friendly driver and in Kev we had that right through the holiday.We went to Dunoon and it was brilliant,the hotel was good ,the staff were very friendly and the food was lovely.The trips out were good and the knowledge of Kev about the area was spot on.
