The hotel and staff were great and all the people on the coaches were so friendly

be very careful with this company the drivers are rude and they throw your suitcases all over the place some of the drivers tailgate on the motorway and flash there lights to get the vehicle in front of them to move over this is road rage if you write a review about the company on face bookend they don't like what's said the review will be deleted also if you complain direct to the company direct they will ban you from ever traveling with them at the end of the day all they want is your money and they don't care about there customers

I hadn’t been to the Bournemouth hotel before and I found it to be really good. As a single traveler I was really delighted to have been put in a double room and bed. Everything was done to make me feel welcome. I have travelled with Alfa for many years and I’ve got five more booked between now and April.

Stayed at the Monarch in Bridlington lovely hotel good food. Pleasant helpful staff. Would recommend

The Coach and Driver were great, hotel and service generally was ok, restaurant service lost the plot on last day.

Had a great time, the staff went above and beyond to make sure everyone enjoyed their break the meals were excellent and the entertainment was excellent, I think the hotel is a bit tired but wouldn't be put off returning, this was our third visit, the coach trip wasn't great as comfort stops where limited ranging from 22 minutes to 30 minutes, it can take 4-5 minutes to alight the coach then there is a walk to the service area a lot of passengers are old or infirm and found it difficult, the drive pushed us by saying he had to meet the feeder coaches at bowburn, when we arrived we had to wait almost an hour for our feeder, surely there should be minimum break times .

Had fantastic holiday transfer was good hotel food and service couldn’t fault would recommend anyone

All the staff were really friendly and helpful and took time to make sure we were happy.

Good transport arrangements and a friendly driver. Comfortable bed, plenty of hot water and adjustable heating. Only drawback, some meals were poor and a trip to Southport was advertised as a day trip and we were only given 2 hours to view. No reason given and as it's a beautiful seaside town we would have liked to spend longer there.

Great hotel situated on the sea front.Staff were excellent as was the food & entertainment. The coach driver was a 10/10 rating..so knowledgable with some added humour. All in all a lovely 5 days.

Hotel great , staff and food excellent apart from packed lunch for homeward trip. I ordered tuna mayo and got 2 slices of soggy bread, butter not spread in thick clumps, covered in mayo and wet lettuce, no tuna in sight. It went straight in the bin a waste of £5. I appreciate it was nothing to do with Alpha and I will definitely travel with you again and also go back to the Hydro

Great hotels and trips out. Fabulous food with great selections for every meal. Really comfy beds for a good night's sleep.

Drivers excellent, Hotel comfortable and clean ,dining room tables too small and was rushed with meals, meals were excellent staff very friendly and helpful, excursions not very good Exeter ok , Totnes was dumped off with no information of what was there . Will use Alfa again very enjoyable holiday.

The Cliffe Norton Hotel in Tenby a great place to be yourself. A good bunch of friends helped to make our stay a good laugh. So relaxing.

The George Hotel in Criccieth is one of our favourites as so friendly, lovely accommodation and great food. Plus we love the place and the area.
