We have just returned from the carol concert at the Royal Albert Hall, everyone should put it on their bucket list. What an experience it was magic, and got us into the festive spirit. The hotel was great, could not have been in a better location. What can I say about our driver Chris, only that we have been on many coach holidays, and without a doubt he was the best driver we have ever had. He was thoughtful, helpful, amusing and most of all an exceptional driver. Can't wait for our trip to see Abba Voyage and hope we get Chris to drive us again.

Been on 2 Alfa holidays on consecutive weeks ,both very good value for money & will be booking again for next year .Queens hotel best standard but proffered Anchor Head even though It badly needs refurbishment ,worn carpets etc .Thank you Alan

Lovely Hotel in a Nice Location. Our 2nd floor room was quiet & cosy. Nice Food with excellent restaurant service. All the Staff were very friendly and helpful. Had the best driver, Michelle, very professional and fun at the same time. All the communications done during the journey were clear and timely and everyone appreciated that. The length of Half-day excursions need to be looked into a bit more please Alfa. Everyone enjoyed the Eden Project..This was our second visit and we've enjoyed it for the second time too. However, our return from Reading to Croydon was spoiled by a cab journey instead of the Alfa Coach used to pick us up on the outward journey to Reading!!! It all seems too much for the driver when we needed a comfort break after 2 and half hours on the road. Alfa, you need to be aware these drivers making deals with first drop offs to near their homes whilst making a longer delay journeys for the last drop offs... It's so unfair for last drop offs as ours turned out with this kind of behaviours. Alfa, please look into these. No comfort breaks feeder trips between Pick up and Reading Services, getting very late on coming home on your return journey keep happening on our journeys few times now. These will be deciding factors in the future for us.

This was my 10th holiday this year with Alfa. A great time was had by all. Rooms clean as usual food good. Christmas day was filled with surprises and lunch was really lovely. I can only just say well done again Alfa Merry Christmas to all staff

This was the first time I have been on a turkey and tinsel holiday was not expecting such a great experience every thing was top notch will do this again blg thank you to everyone

Coaches comfortable. Hotel good and all staff extremely helpful, welcoming, attentive and approachable. Food was very good, entertainment satisfactory. Booking process easy. Good driver. Changeover at Tamworth a little confusing for many, but all sorted. Excursions good with plenty of time. Start point pick up 3/4hr late, making rest of pick ups late, but arrived at hotel in plenty of time. Would definitely reccommend.

Picked up by feeder coach on time Driver very good, arrived Tamworth on time ,boarded Tour coach disappointed with not so friendly Driver, Hotel very good Manock Hotel would recommend . EXCURSION too Scarborough disappointed only 2 hours Lift not working told to get coach back in 2 hrs waist of a day ,

I specifically asked for a lower situated room due to my mobility problems I was given the 6th floor lift only went to the 5th then three small flights of stairs to a tiny bedroom the hotel management were very helpful and explained the situation between Alfa booking and reservation received by hotel l would give 10/10 hotel 3/10 Alfa obviously hotel not give enough details but full marks for helping put things right after a time lack of communication between Alfa booking and hotel

Great holiday in Cromer. Good food. Hotel attentive to dietary requirements. Staff friendly and helpful. Coach journeys very smooth. Hotel and room good, but entertainment area needs comfy chairs.

Festive break 2nd to 6th Dec Whilst staying at the wonderful Royal Norfolk Hotel. What a wonderful break we had lovely staff friendly and very welcoming. Food was excellent congratulations chef. Big shout out to Maria our waitress you are a credit to alfa making sure everyone was looked after a special thank you to Martin our driver very funny caring and professional.Alfa you did it again thanks

Experienced coach driver,very friendly staff,in our hotel,coach was immaculate,transfer coach was over half a hour late,but that was due to the traffic congestion,apart from that a very pleasant experience.

This is only an update regarding my last email message about the monarch hotel bridlington east coast ! My review was not towards any members of staff or management Alex was very approachable as was francesca & Alison our server can't for get Adrian with an e the young Philippines lad he was absolutely fantastic brilliant nothing to much trouble if he ever left the monarch hotel it would be a sad day he's worth every penny he earns weather be it in Tips or his wages not realy enough in my opinion anyway my last review seemed I was pulling the Hotel down far from it It was Just the fact the Hotel only had just 1 single room and it was not on a floor where the lift went up to but only the 5th then you had some stairs how many i do not know But also with Alfa doing away with single rooms for single people BUT INSTEAD promoting the COSY DOUBLES at an extra £60-00p or £80-00p just because they have a DOUBLE bed in them this is a lot of money 💰 🤑 💸 for a lot of people like me this is like towards my gas/Electric & is a lot it's a shame if it's true they will be doing away with all single rooms even charging a supplement for single rooms is bad & it's a smaller room & bed But Please note it's not against the management or staff or the Hotel per say i would love to go back to the monarch as my friends are going again in September 2025 But sadly I won't be able to afford it on this occasion I would like to give the staff 150% the single room Problem 45%

Brilliant holiday all round in Fort William at the Croit Anna. Great Hotel, room, food, staff, drivers, entertainment, excursions and people on the trip, good laugh.

A very interesting coach driver Andy, who knew a lot about area. Lovely hotel with amazing staff, very well looked after by waiting on staff, especially Ethan. Room spotlessly clean. A lot of effort gone into making a lively Xmas experience

We had a Festive Break with Alfa Coaches to Royal Norfolk Hotel in Bognor Regis. The coach driver was friendly and helpful. The hotel was warm but a bit dated. However the staff were friendly , the food hot and plentiful .

Brilliant trip very happy well organised although with the driver swapping coaches he had no music .

We had a great time at the Metropole hotel Torquay the staff were friendly courteous very helpful nothing is to much for them our server at breakfast and dinner was fantastic the room we had was obviously just revamped it was very well done and very moden THANK YOU ALL FOR MAKING OUR HOLIDAY A GREAT EXPERIENCE

We had a fantastic time at the Bayshore hotel what a great team they have got we had to return to the hotel after our ferry being cancelled and were given a warm welcome back they accommodated & feed us at no cost to us they even moved there staff Christmas party to next day the hotel was due to close after we left so they went above & beyond this hotel is a credit to you also a mention to Derek our driver who did a great job once again thank you all for a very memorable holiday for all the right reasons merry Christmas to you& your family’s 🎅🌲

Local pickup, once cases were on bus you never seen them again until outside your room 💙 entertainment was ok and driver and passengers were very helpful.

Shanklin hotel was marvellous every thing perfect. All on one floor dining room bar foyer no steps. Thank you so much Alfa
