All as expected without any issues hotel was good

Excellent coach, journey from York was longer than we hoped but satisfactory. Criccieth was a nice place although the weather did not allow us to explore the place on Sunday our free because of rain most of the day. The George Hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff could not do enough for us. The food was good and the bar prices reasonable. The scheduled visit to Pwhelli was a waste of two hours and could be replaced by a different destination. The visit to Caenarvon was a good but we did not need 4 hours there, 3 would have been ample. Overall it was a pleasant break away for my husband and me. Thank you

Allocation of coach seats (1 - 2) was not good as there was restricted leg room, was not given a choice of seats would have preferred (13-14). Dinner in hotel was well cooked but portions were very small left table feeling hungry. Apart from minor details holiday was great.

Great location hotel was lovely and warm. A very warm welcome by all staff. Unexpected extras Santa visited. A Christmas lunch as well as a three course meal in evening. Little more than expected. Great hot food served nothing was too much trouble. Certainly go to hotel again and other trips available fabulous value thankyou

Just spent a lovely week at Croit Anna Hotel. The hotel staff were welcoming and my room overlooking the loch was spacious, clean and quiet. I had the best driver ever, Kieran, who has a vast knowledge of Scottish history. Lovely Nathan, who served us our food at the hotel was an absolute star. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Highlands, and my ride on a gondola up Ben Nevis, on a bright, clear, sunny day, was the icing on the cake.

The visit to Cardiff with a guided tour was excellent, the visit to Swansea was not as interesting. The coach drivers were first class and always ready to help. Hotel service at meals excellent, reception desk sometimes left unattended . .

Fabulous trip. Looked after every step of the way. Calum our driver was funny and really cared for his passenger's. The new beach hotel gave us a very warm welcome and nothing was too much trouble.They even loaned me a walking stick from lost property when mine had been left at home. Cannot fault any part of the holiday. Met some lovely people. Food was wonderful and always nice and hot. No waiting for food to be served. It's was just great. Can't wait to travel with Alfa again. Already booked another trip with them

Loved the Hotel, it’s in a great location near Melrose and lovely river walks. Food was presented well and good choice, we were served quickly and staff friendly. It was worth paying extra for a superior room.

Five day break at the Queens Hotel in Blackpool. Conditions in the hotel, downstairs public areas and restaurant are immaculate.Our room was on the first (so cannot speak for floors 2 & 3) but when walking along the corridors to our room there was a lingering smell of, what seemed like raw sewage. The food was not of usual Leisureplex standard. I would like to give special mention to Roy,(grey suited gentleman in the restaurant), and Ken and Ingrid (behind the bar), all of whom seem extremely efficient and hard working.

Holiday was great. Only problem is at the change over inTamworth services. It is so NOISY due to equipment and talking in there,it is very difficult to hear the persons call out that the coach is ready board.

Had a brilliant holiday in Llandudno Turkey and tinsel hydro hotel brilliant food excellent rooms clean staff friendly and helpful our driver Dave was amazing very helpful kind and informative good driver will definitely be back

Great reception and service

The Eliot Hotel Newquay is a excellent 👌 hotel that I have used many times ,and at last been able to get back again with alfa holidays, found it very hard to get a single room ,but managed it this time,and the room was excellent, and hopefully will get back soon 10 out 10 .
