The whole holiday from the ambiance of the hotel to the friendliness of the staff

Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Excellent Value for money.

Lovely Twixmas break to Weston-super-Mare.... meals, staff and entertainment were spot on. Room was a bit small and bathroom needed some tlc (shower screen joints a bit dirty and some cracks behind toilet) but having a bath was a plus. Excursions could have been a little better thought out, but overall a lovely stay.

The driver was very good and friendly hotel was excellent warm and welcoming lovely atmosphere I will go again with them it was the first time with alfa

The coach service was very helpful and the driver was very helpful. And had a good holiday . Just the hotel staff at the mentropole hotel in tuki Devon were rude and the lifts were out and the breakfast and dinner down stairs the stairs needed two handles on them .

Alfa is the third coach tour company I have booked with and are by a million times the best. The hotel, food and coach tours were brilliant! Great driver who made me feel very safe.

Plates were warm and food was cold Everything else was good

The hotel was lovely clean & welcoming with friendly staff. Food excellent & served promptly despite being VERY busy. A special mention for Lisa the manager(?) & led the entertainment - she was amazing. The entertainment was first class. Am returning in November.

Very well organised from start to finish. Great driver Cliff, who managed to get through the heavy traffic with ease. Well done to Cliff. Hotel is fantastic, well managed with friendly and welcoming staff. The food was delicious. We didn’t go into the entertainment room, so I cant comment on the entertainment, we preferred to stay in the lovely bar area. We had a great time, will definitely be back. A good way to spend Twixmas.

This was 2nd Twixmas at the Queens Blackpool and thoroughly enjoyed it so much so that we have already booked at Hotel for next Christmas.

Had a brilliant holiday, the food was excellent, the staff were so helpful, the driver was a true professional, the hotel was great but I have mobility issues and found the number of steps involved in getting to the various public rooms difficult to handle. But for that issue the holiday would have been perfect. Nevertheless I have booked to go to Weymouth in June.

coach travel was comfortable with enough comfort stops ,hotel staff were perfect, room probably require updating, food was excellent overall a great break at Sandown IOW

Hotel staff and management were first class, friendly and efficient. The dining area was spotlessly clean and the young staff were very friendly and helpful. Our table served by Keiran deserves special mention. Evening entertainment was of a very high standard, as was the excursions, with our driver informative and helpful. The only issue was our room, being cramped and no views. Our booking was late however so we consider ourselves lucky to get in at all. Overall, 9/10. Liz & Dave Mullinex.

Excellent food,well presented served with kwick efficient service,the room nice & large but cold drafty windows. Heating was turned off at 730 pm i made a complaint at reception but was ignored,l made a formal complaint to the manager in the morning on checking out in the morning & filled a form in left at reception.

Went to Newquay for a Christmas holiday we stayed at the Eliot Hotel The hotel is very nice the room was large warm and clean. The meals were very nice with a choice from menu. The hotel staff gave excellent service and nothing is to much trouble. Only downside was the 12 hours long journey down. And the 10 hours back to leeds.

A good journey both on feeder service and main journey good driver Stuart hotel Queens Eastbourne very cold on arrival otherwise bedroom spacious and walk in shower good although creeky floors above us not good. Food mainly ok except for roast beef on boxing day awful tough. Entertainment reasonable except Christmas day not v good. Trip to Hastings should have been morning as to much rush for lunch didn't have time to finish before 2pm Would not return hotel to big 6 coaches in slow service
