The entertainment room was very small, hardly a dance floor, But building work is taking place to enlarge the room.

FROM START TO FINISH EVERYTHING WAS BEYOND OUR EXPECTATIONS. WE HAVE NEVER TRIED A COACH HOLIDAY BEFORE AND WHERE NOT DISAPPOINTED. FROM THE COACH DRIVER TO THE HOTEL. COMFORT, FOOD, VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AND THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS ALL FIRST CLASS.

Everything from booking the holiday to the driving Dominic who is absolutely great hotel and staff wonderful carry on with What you are doing well done

We had a great time the hotel was brilliant as was the food. The staff were great and the whole experience was fantastic will book again for next year.

Enjoyed our festive break in Scarborough, hotel was very good with good food, & very pleasant efficient staff. We are booked to go to St Ives with Alfa in June, but I am a bit concerned about the negative views of the hotel we will be staying in as it is a long way & expensive for us to travel to find that the hotel is not up to standard.

The fact that I was taken ill on my outward journey and was extremely impressed by the care and welfare visit.

Alfa travel is a brilliant company from start to Finnish easy to book excellent customer service the coach driver was brilliant very polite and helpful made sure we got to are hotel safely nothing was to much trouble I will definitely book with alfa again

Hotel was excellent food so good beds great

Had a great New Year in Exmouth. Unfortunately, boiler had broken down so parts of the hotel were cold, in particular the dining room. However, Lisa, the lovely Manager explained all this when we arrived. Fantastic entertainer on the first night. Rather dire the next 2 nights. Coach driver never spoke, nor gave any information about the hotel or the day trip on New Years Eve. No customer service skills whatsoever.

Had a great time in Newquay hotel lovely staff pleasant coach passengers friendly.Only thing spoiled it was coach driver moaning about traffic wanted to leave excision early didn’t really want to be there but everything else was lovely.

We had 5 great days at the Eliot Hotel.The staff were really helpful & friendly.The food & entertainment were quite good. Also our driver Trevor ensured we had a safe journey there & back.The only downside to the Xmas break was the 10+hrs journey there & back.

We went away for our first Xmas to Bournemouth my friend is 86 also first ever Xmas away and we had a fantastic Xmas and also thanks very much Stewart made journey very memorable and put Xmas carrols on which was very nice even going to book another Xmas break at different hotel differently hooked

Driver Andrew exellent. Itinerary trip to Pembroke on a Sunday was poor as all shops were closed. Room nice but bathroom very small. Overall enjoyed trip to Tenby, very reasonably priced.

Lovely hotel and exceptional staff who went above and beyond to make our holiday really nice. Food was really nice too and presented well. Beds comfy too and nice warm room

Had a fantastic time hotel food entertainment and staff excellent . There was a problem wasn’t 109% as sone passengers had very little room in seat , I was ok had seat 11 and plenty leg room etc but other side were cramped up .
