Good local pick up. Our tour diver was friendly and knowledgeable, telling us the history of places we visited. Hotel was lovely and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Excellent chef providing great food and good entertainment in the evening.
Really good service, from the pick feeder service through to the interchange. It's just a pity that the interchange is not just for Alfa customers only,as it got rather busy. Apart from that everything else was good from the driver through to hotel and their staff. Room was comfortable, food was good with plenty of choice. And the day trips were excellent. Thank you

The holiday in Scotland is always enjoyable but due to lack of communication on some days it took the shine off the holiday but we would travel again with you.
Well organised, both travelling and hotel services.Made very welcome, our driver Dave, was informative, funny and unflappable.
The driver was pleasant and explained things well. The hotel looked dated but the staff were brilliant nothing too much trouble.
I usually rate my trips as five star as l always find Alfa to be really good. This last trip however had one little problem. Hotel rooms were fine with comfy beds and nice and clean. The restaurant this time obviously was short staffed with long waits between courses. This is NOT a criticism of the restaurant staff as they worked very hard trying to keep on top of everything. They just needed a bit more help than they had that’s all. It hasn’t put me off though as l have two more trips booked and contemplating a third.
Well organised travel to and from resort. Nice hotel, Metropolitan at Torquay. Holidayed with Alfa many times and looking forward to holidaying with them again. Wouldn't go to Torquay again far too hilly for us but still enjoyed our holiday. Personal choice no reflection on Alfa. Xxx

Booked this holiday last minute for a surprise for my husband’s birthday. Sharon at Alfa’s booking office was fantastic going above and beyond to make sure my complex medical condition could be accommodated at this hotel. The feeder coach pick us up on time and the driver was pleasant and informative. Journey down to Tenby was long but the coach was clean warm with again a very pleasant driver. Hotel was nice food good with a good choice menu our room was large overlooking a sandy beach and serviced everyday. We had a lovely waitress her name was Calra she was polite very efficient always smiling she made sure all our needs were met. This holiday also included two trips out around Tenby I would recommend this holiday and hotel the management plus staff are friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was ED he was our Tuesday night entertainment I am afraid he was not very good and the entertainment room was empty by 10.25.
We’re just coming to the end of our trip To Weymouth we have thoroughly enjoyed it. Everything has been very well organised the staff from the driver, bar staff, waiters, domestic staff…. Just everyone have been superb. Big shout out to David our waiter what a cool guy, very attentive, always remembers what you do and don’t like. Chlo & Alice barmaids how lovely they are, felt like we’d known them for a while even though we’ve only been here 5 days.Very chatty, funny, just naturally lovely young women. Kev our driver delivered us safely to all of our destinations. We will certainly be looking into more coach holidays. Great value for money.
I treated my elderly mother to a 4 night stay in Eastbourne, thinking that it would be a wonderful break for her - it ended up being a super experience for BOTH of us! I loved it as much as she did! From the driver, to the hotel, to the service, to the meals, to the excursions; it was a great experience. We are already planning our next trip!
On writing to Alfa travel ref. My complaint in receiving information on a booking they are calling me a liar. Why would I tell a lie . It.would be so nice if the staff member owned up , or is this the culture of the company. Such a good coach company great holidays but please record your conversations with them .
