The friendly hotel where we stay and the girls who wait on us it makes your holiday to see smiling faces and bedrooms are spotless the Regina hotel the best the manager is so friendly food is lovely

Coach travel was good. Hotel was good although some meals were not that good. Entertainment was very good. One problem was that where we were was quite hilly and one of the trips was which one of us couldn’t manage and others on the bus couldn’t. Think they should have noted that in the brochure. Staff in hotel were very good and the driver of the coach.
The trip started at the top of town ilson. The Bus driver loaded up our case's and we sat on the bus, to start our holiday. We exchanged buses and the driver was brilliant .we got a lovely week's weather and holiday. We loved the trips out on the bus, and our bus driver was brilliant. We enjoyed our meals and the service of most of the staff in the hotel. We liked it that mutch we booked another trip with you.

Excellant coach pick and transfer to my destination. Hotel clean albeit quite cold at times. Food very good value & waiting staff lovely friendly but not intrusive. If there was ever a wait to be served our presence was acknowledged Sadly the entertainment was not good. On the first night the guy just played piped music. The second night we found that he did not have a good singing voice. I was somewhat disapppinted with my room & felt that the 'cozy double" charge was not justified. The net curtain at the street window did not give privacy. Talking to others on the holiday I felt that they had much nicer & larger rooms for less money That said I would travel with Alfa agaiin. Howerever I would ask more questions when booking. I believe that solo travellers were given better rooms without paying any supplements. That I feel is not right.
From Tony picking us up,tours,welcome from hotel staff,comfy beds and spacious bathroom,choice of breakfast and meals, excellent service and nothing too much trouble if asked for anything from our lovely waitress.Tony drove us to all our tours,really enjoyed them,he is a professional and careful driver who commented as we went along .We had a lovely bunch of people on our coach .We shall be booking a holiday with Alfa and would certainly recommend.Happy and an enjoyable holiday.⚓👌
