Good value for money. Fabulous driver ,Gary , and great excursions

This was my first time with this sort of holiday and I was very pleasantly surprised. It was much better than I was expecting. All the travel went smoothly, the hotel was lovely and so were all the staff involved. I will certainly be traveling with Alfa again very soon.

Enjoyed the holiday, was a long journey, could of done with longer stops, hopefully will be better with the inclusion of more pickup points

Lee was a great safe driver even though it was a long journey both ways. Hotel was ok but could do with freshening up and not 4 star. Food and the service was a bit hit and miss, but breakfast was lovely. Trips included were on the whole good, but Hadrian's wall/Chester fort was disappointing - just a big field and a rather unimpressive short piece of wall . Met some lovely fellow travellers.

Prompt at pick up point, pleasant safe driver, good comfort stops, lovely hotel sparkling clean, food very good, staff very helpful & pleasant. Good day trips out. A lovely experience, if you have never travelled with Alfa yet give it a go they are really good 👍😊😊

Coach was clean and comfortable. Hotel staff very welcoming, room clean and comfortable. Tim our driver very helpful and informative about area.

Travel was good. Interchange excellent. I am gluten free was looked after in the dining room and had no problems. I am also a diabetic my phone sensor app disappeared I contacted 111 who said an ambulance may be required. I went to see the night porter to tell him. I told him the problem he said let me have a look at your phone. He found the app had disappeared pressed a few buttons and got the app on my phone. I did not get his name but he deserves a big thanks from me. The only downside to the holiday was the room G2 the window had no lock. I went outside and was able to raise the window. I was told that the window could only be opened a short distance. For peace of mind to the occupant a small catch is required. I know it is a listed building but I did not feel comfortable during the rest of my stay

Our coach driver was great (Russell). Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Full marks for all staff, especially Morgan our waiter.

Good hotel good food great staff had a good driver

First class hotel and service of staff excellent. Coach driver very helpful and considerable to all passengers. Maybe some more time should be considered for time spent at some of the outing.

Lovely hotel on the seafront. Management and staff superb. Food great and plentiful. Would highly recommend the Royal Hotel at Weymouth. Thank you Alfa for another superb holiday. Off to Bognor on Sunday. Can't wait

Coach and driver great trips out where great. Hotel staff really friendly and helpful only complaint we had was about our room which wasn't upto standard

Had a wonderful holiday. Travel was excellent, hotel staff all very professional and friendly, room clean and comfortable, public areas and bar very nice. Food good. I cannot fault anything. Really hope to return soon.

First time we've used Alfa , and was very impressed how organised the company is ...would highly recommend . Everything went smoothly , we had a good time . The hotel was in a great position in Tenby , the trips were good , and Steve our driver a nice friendly chap . The food was very nice with plenty of choice ...I've never seen such a large selection for breakfast . Staff all seemed to enjoy their jobs . We will be looking to use you again in near future

I have stayed at the Queens Hotel in Eastbourne several times with Alfa Travel, the holiday pricing is very good, i have just returned from this hotel for Easter, and tomorrow off to Scotland, the drivers and hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful. Poterage of cases to rooms is very helpful as not all coach companies do this, have already booked the whole of xmas at queens and know it will be fantastic as last year.
