Our recent holiday to the Bayshore on the Isle of Wight was very enjoyable. All aspects from Transport & Driver, the Hotel, Good Food, excellent Entertainment plus the friendliness and efficiency of ALL staff was very good. Also the overall value for money, in todays world of rip off prices, was exceptional, Finally the glorious weather put the icing on the Alfa Cake

First coach holiday, but couldn’t fault it at all

Lovely hotel, lovely food and wonderful staff. The driver of our coach Steve was 110% He went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a good time. Well done Alfa Travel and especially Steve 👏

Apsultly beautiful and brilliant great staff driver was wanderful russell we went to waverley Castle Hotel melrose scotland Apsultly could not fult the excursions and great places to go endenbrugh we loved even melrose great history the hotel clean and great food never got tummy ache once bar men shout out great fun most evenings shout out to Jamie and charlie shout out to management there Daniel Craig and james thankyou we had fantastic time really enjoyed ourselves best holiday so far this year

took a trip on the tour featuring bath bristol and the cheddar gorge. we stayed in the leisureplex hotel called THE ANCHOR HEAD in weston super mare. although this hotel is rated as a 2 star. in no way did it feel like a 2 star. the hotel was welcoming nicely set out and clean and comfortable. plus side: room was very nice standard facilities but very clean and lots of storage. beds were very comfortable. it was warm but not too warm. the window opened up for fresh air. keys are a key card system and worked easily. MEALS what can i say. EXCELLENT we got a different menu every night. dinner was at 6pm. everything i had during the week was excellent. then entertainment every evening in the bar. Breakfast too was excellent. help yourself to cereals of fruits then waitress service for cooked breakfast. very nice filling breakfast to start each day. EXCURSIONS very good set out about 9.30 visit to bath and roman baths. enjoyed so much. cheddar gorge a must. fantastic area. didnt try jacobs ladder too many steps. great for walkers, who are fit for 680 steps. WELLS cathedral is well worth a visit. visit weston super mare on day of lesure , go to the museum and see the banksy.pin wheel. museum is full of interesting things from the past. well worth a visit. nothing to complain sbout everything was great. hotels looks over the sea. nice to sit and watch the waves. also can exit the hotel and walk along the prom. a service bus runs past every half hour into thelarge town centre.

We had a lovely time in Weymouth. We always find the coach driver's really friendly. Love having a few days away with my best friends on a Alfa holiday. We are already planning our next annual one .

The hotel we stayed in at Porthcawl was the best ever the manager and his team were first class, all the staff were very polite and helpful. I think we will definitely be going again

Driver was on time with the feeder coach at local pickup point,cases were put on and transferred at Tamworth to our destination coach and we didn’t see our cases until they were taken to our room,reception at the hotel in Ilfracombe was very pleasant and the staff were very polite,the hotel was stunning excellent comfortable seats,great sea views and fantastic food,this was one of the better hotels and would definitely go back again

Hydro at Llandudno excellent staff all very good and pickup both way to your hub Reading went well However our driver Ben did not have a clue some places where there was nothing to see he allowed 2andhalf hours other places Caernarfon Castle he allowed 1hour he never parked near centre although one of our party knew he could one place parked out of town in front of large Tesco some just went in there for a coffee he allowed just I hour don't forget most of the coach people over 70 years old this was my first time with Alfa many had been with you on many occasions and said your own drivers very good rating staff at hotel etc 10/10 Driver Ben 3/10

Good Hotel good food lovely room and the staff where helpful the driver was helpful and informative we really enjoyed the 5 day holiday we look forward to the next one 😀 happy

My husband and myself have just returned from isle of wight.where do i start. From being picked up to being dropped off home it was excellant.the hotel was brilliant, the food brilliant, Andy the coach driver had a sponge for a brain, his knowledge was second to none. He knew more about the island than someone who had lived on there all their lives.Entertainment every night as well as bingo.the staff where so friendly, indoor swimming pool. The only thing that let the pool down were kids swimming lessons and not being told prior to going in. The trips we went on were great from going on a boat to portsmouth around the war ships to going to every big town on the island.well done Andy, well done Alfa. We will recommend and we will use again .

We had a great time, the holiday coach driver Jim was first class he made the holiday a super time, the hotel was very good indeed, entertainment was good, food and service first class

I Travelled to Weymouth last week and thought the trip was great The Hotel, food and entertainment was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Dominic the driver and Ella the receptionisty my Daughter and I will certainly book with you again

Excellent holiday. Brilliant Hotel, staff, food and driver, all couldn't be faulted. Only downside was the coach. We booked seats 23 & 24 so I could have leg room when travelling so my right leg is on the outside only to find Alfa had used another company's coach and the seats were on the other side. Quite a long way from Lancashire to the Isle Of Wight. Minor problem but didn't spoli a brilliant holiday. Will not be happy if the next three we have booked are the same though!!!

The rob Roy Hotel served wonderful food our rooms were clean and spacious

Sadly, we were kicked out of seats 1 & 2 to seats 23 & 24 without any warning - a telephone call would have been much appreciated to explain the situation.
