MELROSE with driver Russell Ward. We were going up from Reading and our driver made sure we had plenty of comfort stops. Our hotel, Waverley Castell hotel is located in beautiful settings and is a 15/20 walk into Melrose itself or a 15/20 minute walk to the station. It has some fantastic walks nearby. Both the food and staff wonderful and the evening entertainment was to a high standard. On our days out our driver gave us some interesting information about the places we were visiting and helped us decide what we would like to do and where to locate the bathrooms. There is nothing to fault and so much so I’ve booked for next year too! Well done everyone.

Really enjoyed the holiday.all was good.if i had to pick something i thought having breakfast at 8.10 am and having to be on the coach for 9 am some mornings felt a little rushed..But All in all a had a good time and would certainly recommend

I stayed at the Seabank hotel in Porthcawl for my second holiday there. It has been refurbished and looks smart and modern. I was happy with my comfortable spotless room and the food in the restaurant was faultless. I'm a vegan and the choice was good for me. I've also enjoyed the day trips included in the holiday. On the free day I explored Porthcawl. A short walk from the hotel is a lovely beach and amusements for families. Of course there's shops for retail therapy close by too. I need to mention that the staff were great and the manager Craig is very pleasant and perfect for his roll in hospitality. They all went that extra mile for us holiday makers. Im a regular traveller with Alfa coach holidays and will definitely return to the Seabank Porthcawl in the future.

This was the 3rd time I’ve travelled with Alfa and as per the previous 2 trips they were excellent. Friendly knowledgeable drivers and the journey there and back plus baggage transfer went smoothly. The hotel was great and Tenby is a beautiful place . My first visit to Tenby and I’ll be definitely going back with Alfa

This was probably the best coach tour we have been on. Every aspect was good from the coach driver {Derek} to the Hotel to the excursions, all in all a very enjoyable trip. Thank you from myself and my cousin from Canada.

Great location, but rooms were cold at night.(no heating on)

Drivers should know history of town that’u are travelling to and surrounding area

We had a lovely time on our Alfa trip to Weymouth we had two great excursions but personally would have liked to get back to the hotel a little earlier no time to relax before our evening meal. All the staff were brilliant special mention to the restaurant staff, food very good, just a shame parts of the hotel needed work doing but very clean and comfortable

Good food, clean facility. Staff was top notch.

Enjoyed our stay in Cromer. The hotel was comfortable and the service was excellent. Coach travel was also good. Feeder coach was late picking us up but a phone call put our minds at rest telling us that it was running late. The hotel was very clean ( very important to me) with rooms cleaned each day. All in all a positive experience.

Excellent holiday from start to finish based in Whitby. Coach driver Shaun was superb giving us information about areas we were travelling through in the north York moors. The hotel we went to was being refurbished but staff were amazing and it did not inconvenience us. Meals were very good with great portions. Room was very clean. Great entertainment on two evenings.

Trip to fort william Scotland, Took to long to reach destination, 4 days travelling could have been shorter,loch ness stay should have been longer!, understand longer trip but to much messing about should be picked up early,630 not 830,left Tamworth at 11,no need fir overnight stop

GOOD FOOD,CLEAN HOTEL, FREINDLY STAFF,GOOD ENTERTAINMENT, ALLREADY BOOKED SCOTLAND NEXT YEAR.

The driver was excellent funny and very helpful. Potters resorts was excellent

Travel was good. Hotel good, food good. Staff friendly. Courier very helpful. The only comment I would make is why is an excursion planned on the first day of the holiday and the final day too? I feel it would be preferable to have no excursions on the first day of the holiday and also the day before departure.

We enjoyed the food, hotel and trips out. We did feel that the driver should have had more knowledge of the area and directed us to places of interest.

Comfortable coach. Brilliant driver - Chris Would have liked more free time to enjoy hotel facilities.
