Lovely weather good food and lovely staff booked again for August

Lovely hotel. Dining room experience well organised. Trips out were interesting . Driver helpful to everyone, (tony) he went xtra mile for people who needed help. Staff in hotel were marvellous.food enjoyable. Negatives :- bed hard, squeaky floorboards,and a long way to travel for me personally, my room was dark and depressing (115) .

Traveling was a bit long with waiting here and there.

The staff were fantastic. Especially reception as one of my friends was ill and they made sure she had water and food. Food very nice. Clean and comfy rooms. They need a ramp for the rear garden as it’s impossible for disabled people to climb down the steps. Driver very good and informative.

Service and hospitality was great, sea view rooms were good and comfy but need a bit of TLC. Restaurant service was prompt and friendly. Breakfast was enjoyable. Dinner was good wholesome food with a choice to suite everyone. We had an enjoyable stay

Everthing from start to finish was just great put cases on the feeder coach and you don't touch them again till in hotel would certainly recomend your holidays

Everything from beginning to end. That's why we choose Alfa. Staff, hotel, food, comfy bed, coach driver was only young but did his homework brilliantly, very pleasant and really gelled, with us oldies. That's what makes our holidays great. Only one fault this time, no entertainment, which we look forward to. But thanks again Alfa. Look forward to seeing you again.

Alfa Coach Holiday to Ironbridge, Llangollen and Blists Hill Victorian Living Museum, all very interesting - May 12 2025 (5 days). Transfers well organised, Hotel Mercure (Telford) excellent, driver efficient and booking system simple. Compared to similar holidays I have been on with Shearings, Alfa Coach Holidays are a much better organisation and would prefer to book with them in future

Lovely holiday coach driver very nice (Lee) hotel very nice old and needing some work updated on some of the rooms. Only fault was our arrival after a long journey no welcome drink. Ushered into dinning room and weeks Menu given to you for you to chose your 4days evening meals in advance. This was quickly done as we all just wanted to get to our rooms. When we came back downstairs half hour later no one could remember what they had chosen ! Breakfast was lovely cooked,cereal.fruit, tea/coffee etc. hotel in Ideal spot for beach shops buses (hotel on seafront) Staff at hotel very nice and helpful. Just the arrival was a let down. Flyde Lytham St Anne’s is lovely

We had a fab time great hotel lovely food and fab helpful staff as usual. Our waitress Amy was very efficient and lovley. Also our driver Dominic was great he drove us safely around all week and was really informative and funny.

We’ve traveled with Alfa 5 times now and it’s always been great,the staff always make you feel so welcome and the drivers of the coaches are very informative when going out on the days out,great value for money too.

Hotel was good in every way. Trips were good, driver was very clean and freshly ironed daily. Everyone was prompt getting back to the coach and best of all the weather was beautiful.

my first time travelling with your co.has been exceptional, the bus was comfortable and clean. the driver was courteous, helpful, nothing was too much trouble for him. Dave is an excellent driver and kept us informed of every eventually. The Wild Atlantic tour was all it said it was going to be, the beautiful weather was an added bonus Mrs I Firth ,

Trip to the Kingdom of Northumberland and Newcastle city was everything I hoped for. The journey by coach was smooth and safe. The coach driver informative, the comfort stops appropriate, the hotel New Caledonian comfortable although the lift was under repair and that was unfortunate for those of us with mobility issues. However the staff was friendly respectful and accommodating. The stops at places of interest could be slightly longer than 2.5hours though as even an extra half an hour would make a difference. I would think about booking with Alfa travel again as this was my first trip. The pick up from London Victoria made a difference too and on the way back I managed to request a stop closer to the tube station that lead me directly home which was so convenient.

Had a fantastic holiday at the Elliot Hotel in Newquay - amazing trips, great and informative driver Nigel, lovely food and attentive staff always happy to serve you, clean and comfortable room. So good we booked the same holiday for next year. Looking forward to our next Alfa holiday to Eastbourne this August.

Fabulous holiday our driver Craig was very obliging and a very good driver. The Hotel delivered the full package and the daytrips were spot on.
