Aitken Real Estate Reviews

We would highly recommend Aitken Real Estate for selling/buying/renting your property. We have recently had a very positive exoerience with Danielle from the Cheltenham Office. She was highly knowledable of the property market, has great communication skills and was always there to answer any questions we had. Thanks so much Aitken and Danielle.

This is the third house I have been fortunate to ask Steve to sell. That alone tells volumes about the integrity of the man and the sales team at Aitken Real-estate Cheltenham. I would like to offer my heartiest congratulations to Steve Aitken and his wonderful team on the successful sale of my mother’s house. From the very beginning at our first meeting to ask him to sell the house on our behalf, to preparing the sale document, he has been totally honest and upfront. He explained the whole sale process and the expected sale price. The outcome was as he described right down to the timeline to where the sale was finally completed. Nothing was a surprise and we knew if there were any requests by Steve to myself, I would ensure it would be accomplished, knowing the sale process would be powering ahead by Steve and his team. I could not recommend Aitken Realestate highly enough to sell any home anywhere. We are so happy again. Thankyou Steve Aitken.

Aitken Real Estate took all the stress out of selling our family’s property in Moorabbin. Steve Aitken was fantastic to deal with, explaining the process in detail at every step. We had full confidence in his process and integrity and could not have been happier with the outcome.

We have just sold our house with Aitken Real Estate after being with another agent for a about 2 months with no result. Stephen Aitken and Danielle Scanlon from Aitken Real Estate were super communicators & offered exceptional advice, we felt really comfortable. Their unconventional methods of no advertising fees, private inspections & the property silent bid are real winners. The whole selling experience with Aitken’s was seamless with a great result achieved. You should speak to them if you are selling!

My wife and I could not be happier with the level of service, tireless efforts and great end result in the sale of our off the plan townhouse in Cheltenham earlier this week. From the outset, Steve Aitken and Craig Ruby were honest and accurate in their appraisal (which also happened to align with our own expectations). Selling off the plan was never going to be an easy task (especially in a difficult market) as it takes a big leap of faith for a buyer in this situation, however the guys took it on with enthusiasm and went to great lengths in assisting potential buyers to fully visualise the finished product. Ultimately they found a fantastic family to purchase the townhouse, and in addition to being happy with the sale result we also look forward to our new neighbours moving in next door. All in all an excellent experience in a tricky seller's market.

Open, Honest, Professional - ticks all the boxes! Craig Ruby of Aitken Real Estate was amazing in selling our property in Cheltenham. He was totally clear about everything that we needed to do and when. His advice was invaluable. The process was transparent and Craig took the time to make sure we understood what was happening at every stage. It was great to feel in control of the sale process and Craig's openness made it easy. Thank you so much for making this a very positive experience.

Danielle from Aitken recently sold my unit in Highett. I live interstate & therefore relied heavily on Danielle to keep me informed & updated which was done to great effect. Several strategies were employed to attract genuine buyers which resulted in several strong offers. I'm happy with the outcome and recommend Danielle as a competent broker.

We found dealing with Aitken Real Estate and Danielle to be great and learning experience. We found Danielle to be confident and caring from the very outset. Danielle was confident about what she would deliver, and communication was fantastic. We found the private inspections really worked well, and we would highly recommend Aitken Real Estate and Would most definitely reccommend Danielle as your agent.

This is the second time that I have used Aitken Real Estate to sell my home and as before Steve and his staff didn't disappoint. They were extremely professional and friendly. Danielle handled all the inspections and interaction with potential buyers. She was brilliant, always giving me plenty of notice of inspection times and following it up with a progress call on completion of the inspections. It is a terrific process and unlike open for inspections there aren't any stickybeaks, only genuine buyers. Following a comprehensive 2 week sales campaign my trust in Steve and his team's experience and superior negotiating skills paid dividends with a sale price above my expectations. I have no hesitation in recommending Aitken Real Estate to anyone wishing to sell their home. Thank you to Steve and his team. GREAT JOB
