This is the second time that I have used Aitken Real Estate to sell my home and as before Steve and his staff didn't disappoint. They were extremely professional and friendly. Danielle handled all the inspections and interaction with potential buyers. She was brilliant, always giving me plenty of notice of inspection times and following it up with a progress call on completion of the inspections. It is a terrific process and unlike open for inspections there aren't any stickybeaks, only genuine buyers. Following a comprehensive 2 week sales campaign my trust in Steve and his team's experience and superior negotiating skills paid dividends with a sale price above my expectations.
