I made several calls about a bad service that one of there employees by the name of Barbara Morales had made, she served my important, and private document to a person, that was described in her report as a bald black man, who impersonated me when she asked his name, you would think that my name wouldn't match that kind of description, I'm just the opposite of whom she described, and I'm sure that it was my next store neighbor, who stole my document that had my private information on it, I was told that there legal department would contact me, but they never did, so I'm going to take this as far as I can, the bald black man who accepted my personal document, should be prosecuted for committing a crime, and ABC legal services should be held liable for allowing an incompetent employee like this Barbara Morales to even work for them, ABC legal services actually got paid by a government agency to deliver an important document to the wrong person, and by allowing such a thing, I believe that they violated the privacy act. They can ignore this all they want, but I'm going to take this to the limits, especially after I was told that I would hear from them, that employee, should be fired, and ABC legal services should be held liable, no excuses, I would never recommend this company to anyone, after what they did to me. They have until the end of the year to do something to resolve the issue, before I hire an attorney and start a civil action against them. It was there job to see that I was served properly, but I never was. Hopefully they will see my negative review about this, I'm not going to let it go until they satisfy me.

You all got it done when other were charging over $200 plus and still waiting 48 hours to try. Thank you very much. Always a first choice moving forward!

They cant seem to follow the simplist request like getting the names of the people they talk to when serving documents. They only take one grainy photo and lack drive. They need to consider what peoole are asking for

I communicated with the company regarding a service that needed to be done on a specific date/time. I was advised a stakeout would be necessary. I authorized the stakeout. On the date the stake out was to take place, I messaged the company to confirm the stakeout/service was set to take place. No response from the company for four hours so I called. They are now claiming they cannot fulfill the request and claiming it is a "same day" request despite the fact that I reached out last Wednesday and authorized the service. I asked to speak to whomever said the service could not take place and was told that I "could not talk to her". I asked to speak with a supervisor- an hour later I received a call back essentially just apologizing but offering no resolution. So unprofessional. We now have to continue a hearing- and our client is incurring fees as a result of this.

Double charged my credit card. Wasted two “attempts” on a Saturday when it was obvious the businesses would be closed. When I called to try to get help with this mess, their automated system hung up on me without even letting me leave a message.

Completely satisfied

Not really satisfied since having to coach this company on how and when to deliver the documents being served. Early on the attempts were made at night after work hrs, multiple times. Then on the weekend and still after hrs. It was a lengthy process and shouldn’t have taken as long as it did.
