Humaun was incredible. Really went above and beyond to fix our boiler. Highly recommend him and the company!

Sam helped me with repairing the toilet emergency work. He is professional, competent, with good characteristics. He communicated well before arriving and gave plenty of time for me to travel to site. I am glad for his good quality work.

Overall good Although the online system showed little availability, it was easy to book a convenient appointment over the phone. The engineer, Tony, was great. He phoned in advance, came early and did a thorough and efficient job. Very pleasant and friendly. 247 should be commended for using good, local-based engineers.

Engineer David Greenidge attend the boiler servicing he did call in advance before coming he was polite and carried out the service and was pleasant but since he’s left whenever we start the thermostat the spur in the consumer board trips I am trying to call 24 rescue and they’re asking me to pay the access fees again plus they are not able to understand that who they need to send out electrician or the heating engineer, so not happy with the service right now I have no hot water eating,

5/5 for Gary Rhodes in the Manchester area. The slight drop in rating is because the service booking system is chaotic with a first come, first served the day before. If a true schedule in advance system were in place, the company would be 5/5 too.
