Sultan Ali Was a great enginner!

My boiler brok down and 247 engineer did their best to identify the issue. The issue was bit complex not only related boiler but mixer tap as well. They very well identified and issue was. Their response time was good and engineers were responsiblr, well behaved and transparent. I am happy with their work and would definetly reccomend them.

The guidelines were clearly explained without any issues relating to the policy . The officer were very polite and knows exactly how to deal with question put forward to him knowledgeable and knows his job keep it up my friend

Horrible experience in every aspect. They renewed my subscription without my agreement, they think that their policies are above the law, engineers book but they don't attend, when they attend they lie about "short circuits" and they don't do the job - on the top of that they lie about the visit saying that there was nobody at home...the list has no end! I tried to cancel and I had to wait for 15 minutes on the phone just for the line to go off...I stopped the direct debit and they restarted it! Avoid!!!

The engineer (Elsayed) was very polite and a manner full gentleman. He certainly is certainly very knowledgable about his job and did the work with great pride. Thank you 24/7 for employing engineers who enjoys their job. Elsayed did a very through boiler maintenance examination. Thank you:
