Scott was extremely polite, punctual, helpful and efficient. Booking the job was very easy. Communication was great.

Still taking d/debits despite cancelling the policy at least two/ three months ago and speaking to a person why i'm leaving. Called them and they come up with an excuse that I had auto-renewed. How can you prove that you haven't and how can they prove that I had. Bloody stalemate, but I know that I haven't !! I can only assume that it's a scam by them until you call again or cancel tha D/Debit on your bank account. Not had my money back and spoke to a 'supervisor' there. Wish there is someone to report them to. I must say that apart from this they have been superb for years, but I won't ever use them again

The heating engineer, Liam Monaghan, called me prior to my appointment to let me know he'd be with me within the hour, giving me time to prepare for his visit. Liam was true to his word, arriving within the hour, as promised, and he was very friendly and polite. He serviced my boiler and added inhibitor to my radiators. He also checked the CO detector in my kitchen. He was very tidy, and I was very happy with his work.

Well Handled Job request on all sides, from telephone staff to a very good engineer, Sultan Ali, who attended and restored our gas supply to our boiler

The engineer had to visit twice to complete the service and gas safety check. It could have been just one day with better communication. But, overall happy with the service. Easy to book the service. Polite and helpful personnel from 247 Home Rescue.

Very Well I let him in my house and he just got on with his job, At the end he told me everything was fine with my boiler.
