Had our first service by 247 and the engineer was fab. Very helpful and informative. Though, 247 did try to upsell a service by a large margin - adding inhibitor fluid to the radiator system - when it doesn't actually cost all that much to buy the bottle and do it yourself, but putting that aside, the actual boiler service was great. However, we were promised a call back from the sales team twice and they never phoned either time. This, with the upselling, is why I deducted a star.

Adam Parsons attended to carry out a service on our boiler. What a legend Adam was. He rang before he came. Was exceptionally polite and professional. He even wore shoe protectors. Great service all round.

We had the boiler annual check yesterday, the Engineer Amir was very professional and polite while the visiting. Very good experience on this check.

Do not use this company. I have found their policy not fit for purpose on 3 occasions now leaking pipes are only covered if the leak is visible on the pipe They cover heating but will charge you an additional £200 to drain the system down to complete a repair. The annual boiler service is impossible to book on line no availability for over a year when I did get it booked in they never showed up. The next time it was booked it was 10pm at night they showed up! Shocking company Ref: PC645823
