First Service

Had our first service by 247 and the engineer was fab. Very helpful and informative. Though, 247 did try to upsell a service by a large margin - adding inhibitor fluid to the radiator system - when it doesn't actually cost all that much to buy the bottle and do it yourself, but putting that aside, the actual boiler service was great. However, we were promised a call back from the sales team twice and they never phoned either time. This, with the upselling, is why I deducted a star.
