Tried to book boiler service online, every slot fully booked until 30/12/2026. Didn't want to waste anymore time trying to find a date. Ebad from customer service resolved this same day and therfore left 5 star review.

The team were very professional in arranging the servicing arrangements and Thomas our engineer was first rate. Thomas was courteous and very professional he called in advance to let us know he was on his way well within the allotted timeframe offered by 24/7.

This is a very genuine review.I had one hell of a nightmare last night with a flooding toilet.Called 247 rescue early this morning, prompt on answering the phone.The customer service team were excellent.They sorted an engineer visit within a couple of hrs.I received a text to let me know the engineer was on his way. Shane turned up on time and was very polite and ask me if he should take his shoes off. He took time to listen about the problem I had with the leak😀Shane explained and assured me on exactly what he was going to do to put it right,he did exactly that👍.He offered some good advice before leaving.He left my bathroom very tidy. 247 thank you and a big thank you Shane.247 rescue should feel very proud to have this young man working for your company.💯👌
