The annual service was carried out by Andrew Lightfoot. He arrived within the timescale given to me and was polite throughout.

Andrew arrived within stated time frame.He was very professional and very polite.The boiler was serviced and checked out.Hope he comes next year.Thanks Andrew.

The engineer, David, provided a great service. He kept me updated with his arrival time, was polite & friendly and talked me through the service as he completed the work. Can definitely recommend both him and 24/7

Simple, straightforward and no fuss, received a courtesy call within ten minutes.

Easy to set up, but opted for annual payment and received two different monthly payment plans, which meant I had to contact the on line help to understand and resolve.
