I thought the engineer carried out a good job

Disappointed with highest cover.

Disappointed with highest cover. Plumber came out same day which was promising to mend the toilet which didn’t flush correctly, wasn’t fixed as surprisingly the cistern wasn’t covered. Received a call the following day asking me to remove the cistern and the Plummer would come back to fix it (my god this is a recorded conversation!) I asked so your telling me, an unskilled person in plumbing to remove it and the response was YES.
