Good service from Matthew

Very polite and informative engineer.

Nigel arrived as expected and ready for the job. He proceeded to strip down the boiler to access the parts to service and indeed provided a running commentary on what he was doing as I like to know and maybe learn (no danger of me becoming a boiler engineer at this time of life so don't worry). Top rate service as usual from 24/7.

The engineer came in told us why he was here. He was very polite told us what he had done. We had a minor problem which he fixed and told us what to keep a eye on.

The engineer was very polite & because he knew what he was doing got on with the job left no mess. I had requested a late afternoon appointment which he rang me to confirm it was conveiniant. I could not fault the engineer Matthew showed ID offered to wear overshoes as boiler upstairs he was very thoughtful for customer.

Our engineer Rafiq was very helpful and identified an issue. He explained the options available and gave some good advice. I liked that I was able to book the service appointment for next day. It made things easy. All in all a good experience.
