It's been good but this last time the delivery was not provided when I was told and I ran out of supplies which was very stressful. I ended up having to reuse catheters several times.

Every experience with this company is excellent! Easy to reach, everyone is great at their job, order is always accurate, reorders are quick and easy to make online, date of product arrival is always as stated, and EVERY person I have ever spoken with has been kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Best customer service ever.

I asked for 150 catheters to arrive on this date the Nov. 22, and they arrived just like that. I'm used to having a weekend messing up the delivery time by my home health supplier.
