Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

Tried to purchase a number of chairs…

Tried to purchase a number of chairs for our office breakroom. The total was $974, but then a Wiki Coupon reduced it to an awesome $649. When I added the shipping address that added an additional $84 for shipping, but somehow the new total was $1,059?? They obviously added the shipping price to the original total and even though it's showing a Discount credit of "-$324" it's obviously not actually taking that discount from the total amount due. I've closed out and redone it several times and it keeps doing the same thing. Absolute scam artists.

Purchased yard sprayer on October 1st 2019

Purchased yard sprayer on October 1st. Today is November 4. Called multiple times to only hear that the delivery date has been changed. Never a phone call from Zoro, unacceptable. Other vendors has this item readily available. Now it’s the principle of this fiasco to see the length of time that I will receive said sprayer. 35 days to receive a item in this country is unheard of. Never again Zoro!

I ordered a sliding door track and…

I ordered a sliding door track and corresponding rollers that Zoro said would work with the track. when i tried to assemble it was not the correct track. I contacted Zoro and they cheerfully gave the correct track and part # which i ordered. then sent me a return. seems the UPS label was not correct so UPS would not take it. I called again and they refunded and old me to keep the original parts, apologized and refunded my money. sometimes things don't go as planned in business but i felt how they handled this situation was AWESOME!! Great Job!!

Wish there was an option to select 0…

Wish there was an option to select 0 stars! Further to my email on Sunday 18 August to which I've had no response. Included pictures of the product and numerous emails with no response. Further to this it came with no fixings and no instructions which were supposed to be included. Also when locking the drawer there seems to be excessive play on both sides of the unit with a 12-14mm gap allowing the drawer to be loose and rattle. I'm also concerned that a would be thief will be able to get a crowbar on other tool in there to force the drawer open. In a nutshell I'm not happy with the product or your despicable service received. No communication No fixings it instructions Sub standard quality product Please arrange to collect this item and either supply the correct item with all included or refund us the total amount. Awaiting your response again!

Paid for my tools still waiting a week latter called them and was told they get here when they do but I told them no tools no job all they said was refund in 3 working days wot a joke never use them again staff very rude Tom and Claire very poor service I’d advise no one to buy online coz you got no power over your money ones you make payment police gust say it’s a civil matter lol

Service was great

Service was great. We had a problem between what they had on their website and what the suppliers sent us. When I contacted them, they found the error on their part. Since they weren't able to fulfill what was advertised, they worked with us to get some equitable. They were super polite and very reasonable. Even though it was a bit of a difficult problem, their service was great about finding solutions. High praise.

Everything went great. 5 stars.

I was worried after reading the negative reviews but everything went great for me. The price was lower than anybody else. The shipping was free, even for a 45 pound jack stand pair. The item arrived exactly when it was estimated. The product itself exceeded my expectations. The only thing I wish they had done was send a confirmation email right after my purchase but I ordered late Saturday and got the confirmation email Monday still. Overall 5 stars. I couldn’t ask for a better buying experience.

Thinking I am cought up in them…

Thinking I am cought up in them frauding there insurance Company? Was sent wrong product then explained by them I bought wrong product with them saying they wont match price or do any thing about it. then sent a cupon for 20%off item they said was cheaper item that I wanted ? I am guessing they would send me same product twice and when I send back more expensive model the ultimate fraud me for doing so. Last time I deal with zoro.com when asked to return they stalled and said it takes 4 to 6 day to get me a return athorization . Well its been 7 days I don't think there doing any thing about so guess I am stuck!
