Panek is an Utter scam and should be avoided. Riga Airport in Latvia. The Panek staff had one plan and that was to extort us. Booked this via Booking dot com and had all details and documents present. Even downloaded the DVLA drivers code as suggested. Checked the Latvian&GB government websites regarding International Drivers Permits etc. The shady Panek Operator insisted I should take extra insurance although this was covered already. They wanted an extra €490 for a hire value of €238 for the week. I called Booking.com who said we were covered. Panek would not budge and held me to ransom. I cancelled the booking on the spot and lost half my money. Panek is dodgy and reading other reviews I can see we are not alone!!! Shame on you Panek, disgusting service and organisation!!!!

Tesco should be ashamed to have these…

Tesco in Amersham should be ashamed to have these scam artists on their site. They are completely shameless rip-off merchants. They have ripped off my wife and charged the £50 for a small car to wash that inside and out. Something that shouldn’t be more than £20-25 anywhere else. Not only that they also tried to extort the extra £15 to clean the carpets inside the car. This is not acceptable, and disgraceful. They’ve exploited her good nature and made her feel that she couldn’t leave or go anywhere else. I’m expecting a partial refund or I will be forced to share my experience with everybody I know in Buckinghamshire.

Wish there was an option to select 0…

Wish there was an option to select 0 stars! Further to my email on Sunday 18 August to which I've had no response. Included pictures of the product and numerous emails with no response. Further to this it came with no fixings and no instructions which were supposed to be included. Also when locking the drawer there seems to be excessive play on both sides of the unit with a 12-14mm gap allowing the drawer to be loose and rattle. I'm also concerned that a would be thief will be able to get a crowbar on other tool in there to force the drawer open. In a nutshell I'm not happy with the product or your despicable service received. No communication No fixings it instructions Sub standard quality product Please arrange to collect this item and either supply the correct item with all included or refund us the total amount. Awaiting your response again!
