NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! NOPE! ZORO DROPS THE BALL AGAIN ON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND AVAILABLE INVENTORY. ORDERED A MAKITA GRINDER JULY 2ND. WAITED FOR SHIP STATUS UNTIL MONDAY THE 7TH. CALLED AT 2:00 PM PST AND ASKED TO CANCEL ITEM HAD NOT SHIPPED BUT WAS TOLD IT WAS TOO LATE TO CANCEL. TRACKED SHIPMENT THE 8TH BUT STILL WAS NOT SHIPPED. Avoid they can’t even give you an update taken 2 money out of my account

Dodgy

I waited 6 weeks for Zoro tu fulfill my order, getting periodic updates that the order was on track. The day the order was finally supposed to ship, I got an e-mail saying they could not get the part I ordered and they cancelled the order. Stay away!

Shipping time is unbelievably slow

Shipping time is unbelievably slow, snail mail speed. If you need it by Christmas I recommen ordering now ,in June to receive it. They say two days shipping, wrong.

IExcellent Service bought from Zoro for the first time

I bought from Zoro for the first time. M y experience was excellent. The website was easy to navigate to find the product I needed. The customer support I received was superb. The representative was professional. She seemed interested in helping me find the right product, and my items were shipped expediently. Excellent job Zoro!

Been buying G2 gatorade from Zoro for…

Been buying G2 gatorade from Zoro for awhile. Was real happy with them because g2 is hard to find but they have raised the price twice now by quite a bit so won't be buying it again. 😪 Updating review: I found out there was two different ads for the gatorade, one I was getting and for so.e reason one that was quite a bit higher priced. I buy the lower priced one. Lol. Zoro has been great, ships out quickly and always arrives safely. Thank you. Will continue to purchase until you run out.

My husband was very frustrated about…

My husband was very frustrated about the cost of repair parts for his tractor, mower deck wheel. We (I) found a similar (close to size) wheel on Zoro.com. We ordered 1 just to see if it would work for our mower deck with a little self-modification, 1" spacer applied!? The trial test of one wheel resulted in us buying new tires for the entire mower deck. Durability of these wheels is under evaluation but the replacement costs even at a couple of years wear would be a bang for the buck! Fast delivery, too!! Good Job Zoro!

Excellent customer support

Easy to order, great selection, good prices, and easy-to-reach superb support people! I ordered a workbench + parts. The parts arrived in 2 days from Zoro. But the workbench Is shipped by the manufacturer, but somehow they messed up and it sat on their warehouse dock for 3 days.So I made one call to Zoro customer service (try to find a person on Amazon...), and they immediately took ownership. Customer service called the manufacturer, and then quickly followed up to me with an email. End result, it was shipped out a couple hours after I called Zoro. Wow, just awesome support! And they're very nice, too. Love it!

I'd searched many different locations for a 1 1/2" ABS long street elbow and had no luck. I found it on Zoro. It was shipped out the next day and I got it the next day. I was very pleased.

waiting on a refund for a bathroom…

waiting on a refund for a bathroom scale I ordered that was basically a pile of junk. I called customer service and they said to throw it away and the refund will be issued. Still waiting?

Order ahead of time so you can look elsewhere

The last couple of times I have tried to order items they just canceled them after a couple of days. Never have successfully used a 20% coupon. Once it’s applied to an order, even one they cancel it’s no longer valid. They look good from the website but do not execute the transaction.
