I rarely leave reviews, but I had to share how impressed I am with this WiFi. The speed is absolutely incredible — pages load instantly, videos stream in 4K with zero buffering, and large files download in seconds. Unknown to us “Chums” uses a premium rate number and my wife incurred a charge for ordering items. I had to ask for itemised billing and received a near instant response which enabled me to identify what the extra was for. Zen is splendid.

I was without a phone line for 6 days. I was advised by Zen to try changing the batteries, but that was not the problem. Eventually an engineer came and discovered the fault was in the local control box. I consider I had the best service possible in the circumstances.

Zen are the best broadband provider I've had to date . I've had No problems whatsoever . Unlike BT. I was forever reporting problems. They were always increasing the prices too. Zen have Not increased my charges ever. The price you start at is a continuing price. No increases . Highly recommend

Having been highly recommended by Friends, we had great service with installation over a complicated route done by City Fibre. A number of questions to Zen answered clearly by Simon JH, Mohammed, Mark W, Shoaib (?) and Carl.

Switching to Zen from Virgin Media, was refreshing. An excellent introduction to services by sales agent Amanda, and and a more up to date technology offering were the key points, as well as pricing. Amanda in particular, was well prepared and read to answer all of my questions, and trust me, I've had many! In the end, she advised me on the best products and course of action on getting them. Zen is a company Manchester can be proud of.
I'm sorry but they deserve 0 stars. We moved in on 7 April and still do not have an active internet connection. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the process has been extremely frustrating. Initially, we were repeatedly sent the same setup instructions, which I followed carefully - but they didn’t work. Even after informing the support team, they continued to send the same responses, insisting the issue was on our side. It took 28 days from the time I first requested an engineer visit to the moment they finally agreed to send someone. During this time, we’ve already paid for three months of service in advance, yet the issue remains unresolved and no real solution has been offered. It's been 2 months without the internet that we've paid for.. A particularly frustrating aspect has been the scripted responses - fast replies, yes, but without any real support or progress. This is a textbook example of poor customer service that prioritises form over function.
We recently lost our internet connection due to builders working at the property damaging the cable. Contacted Zen and they arranged for City Fibre to attend the next day who replaced the cable and got us back up and running again. I even got a follow up phone call from Zen in the afternoon to confirm that everything had got sorted out. Great service as always from Zen.
