Long time customer
ZEN has been my ISP for years. Although not the cheapest, I rate them the best. Very good service. Always respond quickly and efficiently to any problems.

Everything went very smoothly in my move from the increasingly expensive BT broadband. From the delivery of the router, to the excellent speed and reliable connections, I'm very happy with Zen, and hope to stay with them a long time. 👍😁🤓

Great customer service,had a bit of issue when connecting broadband due to third party company who were slow in responding to issues but Zen kept in contact and even compensated me without me asking.

Good service, good price, good support. As an IT networking professional for 30+ years, it's the ISP that techies like... fixed IPs, bring your own router etc.. The recommend friend rewards are also good, I've had no issues recommending (for the points above) and I've received rewards in return (so speak to friends who are on Zen, if they're in agreement with me - then name them when you sign up and you'll both benefit.
Decent Bt revendor until something goes wrong and then they're not helpful.
Zen were brilliant in providing continuity of service and a speedy repair to this vulnerable customer. . When the landline failed Zen were quick to respond, arranged a divert to a (borrowed) mobile phone and thereafter keeping me fully updated. . Indeed Zen's efficiency lead to Openreach restoring service ahead of many other properties whose phone line was affected by the same technical problem. . Whilst this included a minor communications hiccup Zen were also very quick to resolve this. . A thank you all round to this disability aware company.
I am sorry but they deserve 0 stars Rubbish company, high prices. Shame on them
Mandy is a credit to your company. I have had many questions and problems that I have had to contact Zen. Thankfully by coincidence I have managed to get Mandy every time. Her customer service is second to none. Her care, understanding and problem solving is so outstanding. You can hear from the start, with her comforting voice, you are in good hands. Good speeds. Local customer service whose language you can understand... Reliable connection. Used them before and returned to them again at the new property. Upgrade to full fibre was quick and efficient. A short phone call when I got through to an actual person with little waiting time. Holly W. (the customer service assistant) did a great job.
I pay £45 per month for a product that doesn't meet my needs. I have to pay an extra £9 per month for an extender so that the wifi signal is available throughout the whole house. I feel this is unfair as the product I purchased should provide a signal in every room without additional costs.
From the moment I got in contact with Zen they gave me all the information I required and kept me in the loop as to when my equipment would arrive. They answered all my questions and put me at ease.I had a small problem with the setting’s but One phone call after the installation team had left fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Haven’t had any problems since with speed of the Wi-Fi as I get what I agreed.Phoned up Zen again to change my payment date which they did straightaway with no hassle.Very happy switching over from BT 67Mbps to 910Mbps with zen for roughly the same price.
