I'm sorry but they deserve 0 stars. We moved in on 7 April and still do not have an active internet connection. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the process has been extremely frustrating. Initially, we were repeatedly sent the same setup instructions, which I followed carefully - but they didn’t work. Even after informing the support team, they continued to send the same responses, insisting the issue was on our side. It took 28 days from the time I first requested an engineer visit to the moment they finally agreed to send someone. During this time, we’ve already paid for three months of service in advance, yet the issue remains unresolved and no real solution has been offered. It's been 2 months without the internet that we've paid for.. A particularly frustrating aspect has been the scripted responses - fast replies, yes, but without any real support or progress. This is a textbook example of poor customer service that prioritises form over function.
