The communications with Zen about the changeover were very helpful and easy to access by phone. Communications with OpenReach about the installation of Fibre to the Home were also good and the engineer was particularly helpful.
Set up was mostly done by the fibre line installers (CityFibre). Speed dropped a lot one day not long after installation, but a restart of the router returned things to normal. So far so good (one month in), getting the advertised speed and seems reliable, no dropouts or other issues. The 'How To' videos from Zen on Youtube are very helpful if you're not very tech savvy.
Excellent communication and Customer Service from their Staff. Broadband speeds are excellent. Everything is so much better that what we have previously experienced with Sky and EE, who would fail to achieve a one Star rating.
Initial phone call to Zen was a warm, friendly and informative experience. A neighbour already changed to Zen, so i did the same, and found the swop over a seamless experience. Thanks very much.
Since I have had my broadband installed and this is 1 and a half years I have never had any problems.
Early days but from ordering Zen internet to install,lots of communication e-mails along the way. Now up and running speed is great,wi fi great no problems at moment but time will tell.
Fast but very unstable connection. Frequent drop out/ lag on calls or get kicked whilst gaming. Online help was useless/ too generic and otherwise irrelevant in the circumstances, so rang through (after eventually finding a number) and reported the issue to Zen: they sent another router out ‘to borrow’, which we couldn’t log on to - so got in contact again, and were asked to send the router back - then never heard from them again. TBH counting down the days until we can change to an alternative provider.

5 stars but the internet keeps dropping I'm not sure if that's the weather or what. But so far so good. The installation people both times were amazing very sweet and kind and cleaned up afterwards which I'm greatful for especially since I'm a wheelchair user. They even explained the easier way to connect to the internet just use the scan code square thing. Games seem quicker to download now and my ring doorbell system doesn't drop out as much so I'm extremely happy with it all so far. Wish it wasn't as expensive but it's faster than my last provider.

wi fi is so bad i cant even run my tv only 5 meters away from the router keep buffering i cant get signal my bed room i phone them twice they are blaming my house thick walls

I've had very few problems with the service since installed over 18 months ago. When there was a problem it was sorted out quickly. It wasn't the cheapest offer around when I took it up, but I haven't had any price hikes since signing up.
By far and away the best internet provider I have ever had.
Deceitful company, expensive and poor quality product and service. It's an awful mess and despite my review Zen are one of the better ones but Jeez the whole sector is awful.
Recently switched from Toob to Zen. Took some time configuring my own router but now up and running and service has remained stable. Download speeds as expected although upload speeds not but all ok otherwise. Is more expensive option chosen than Toob (fastest Zen offering) but feel it will be worthwhile.
